When he put the label on it was only sticking on one side. So when I went to press it on he yanked it away, like I had no business touching it. I politely told him the label wasn't on all the way. You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. It was never like that when I used to drop off at an actual UPS building, the clerks there were always friendly and helpful. I'll go out of my way a few extra miles to avoid that store.

The workers weren't too convincing when they said it was probably going to be delivered and the customers weren't buying it, but at least the one guy did make a show of going to the back and "looking around" for a couple of minutes before he came back to tell the customer there was no joy.
