I went to order a jacket…read moreonline an dthere was no size chart to go off of and ppl in store i calld were unsure on a size chart. i orderd the jacket than when i recieved 3mail confirming it gave me email if i had any queations i messaged the online order ppl with my inquire of size chart. It took them a day to get back qith the wrong size chart than gave me adter anothe remail the right siz echart after looking at size chart i thought mayb i should change the size so than i asked if i could change the size. They syated it was too late to chnage the size. So as we waited for the product we got an email saying an estimated date . Which i later found out on tgat date wasnt the date it would be ready. So we were told its 1 and 1/2 week turn around from time the online odering closes. So than i waited and now its been 2 weeks since the online sale closed and about 3 weeks since i placed the order. i calld the store yesturday they said tomorrow an dcalled the store today and which i was yold tomorrow again. Very fustrated and not hapoy with the ordering feom this place sepnt alot of money to be waiting and waiting and get no answers or wrong answers.

Prices are understandably high, got a magnet that was around $16. They customize a lot of the items. Quality of the products vary based on their types. The store is mostly clean, but feels little cramped due to smaller aisles.
