I'm a marketing designer and Docuprintnow has been WONDERFUL. Should be said, I'm not going to them expecting a kinkos - rather I've used them for medium run print design (booklets, brochures, etc... in quantities between 75 and 300 pieces). They are so prompt, prices are more than fair, and they even deliver locally! Their quality has been flawless every order thus far, which is honestly far above average. I always prepare myself for a surprise or disappointment when picking up printing, but this place has consistently been positive! Francesca is great. Very knowledgeable about their products and the best thing for the job. Highly recommended! read more

Docuprintnow - printed proof & note of checkin that we didn't ask for just to ensure things were perfect. #inlove - Printing Services Near Me - New Haven, Connecticut

Not the place for routine 10-100 color copies. But good art department and high quality printing on a wide variety of stock Price sometimes seems high but they are friendly and equipment is good. They will quote so u can compare read more

Very fast and always responsive. For both business printing and personal printing, I don't think I could go anywhere else. Excellent customer service - they will let me know if they don't think something will print to my expectation and find a solution. A++ read more

I needed a quick turnaround time on some scientific posters. I looked at various other companies both in person and online and either the price was higher or they could not guarantee my deadline. This business offered a reasonable price and speedy turnaround (although you could probably pay a more reasonable price if not on a short deadline). I would 100% recommend this service to folks who need high quality speedy posters printed. The lady working the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful. read more

Really nice guy, I had only a couple pages to print and he generously printed them for free. Good local spot and recommend to anyone.

Again they have come through! thanks again guys I highly recommend Docuprintnow to anyone.

Like the other reviewer said, extremely friendly & accommodating. Very professional and quick, too. Will use them in future for all my printing needs. read more

Used their website to submit my documents online to get several files of 8-10 pages each printed double sided in color. The website couldn't offer me a quote, and honestly was pretty difficult to use in the first place. When I showed up to pick up the printed documents, after a little bit of confusion with the staff, the total rang up to almost $40. Guess it's my fault for not investigating their website more heavily, though the automated system couldn't offer me any sort of estimate on how much the project would cost. At those prices, I'll just buy my own printer, ink, and paper. read more

I needed to get a souvenir journal printed for a sorority event. I was recommended to try Docuprintnow. From start to finish, Francesca was WONDERFUL to work with....I cannot say thank you enough! Jennifer gave me so much help with graphics and tips for how to make the journal better I am thrilled. Their prices were very competitive and their customer service was TOP OF THE LINE. read more

Docuprintnow has helped us tremendously with different projects throughout the year (and sometimes with short notice which we really appreciate). Whether it be designing advertisements for our developments or assisting with specialized printing for various events, Francesca and Jen have been extremely helpful, very responsive and they even deliver to us which helps a lot. The prices are reasonable and the product quality/customer service is great. I would definitely recommend! read more

I try to support local independent businesses when I can, so I decided to give DocuPrintnow a shot rather than the FedEx Kinko's across the street. Unfortunately, the staff does not know how to use their own machines or computers. I've been let down more than once and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I needed a simple print out of a picture to place in a frame. I found the staff unfriendly and was criticized when I asked whether I could have the job done on thicker paper. Needless to say... I won't be back. read more

Love them! Francesca is very helpful and prompt to answer questions or concerns!

You all go out of your way to make sure we are 100% satisfied with our orders. We couldn't be happier that we switched to your company-- our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner! read more

BEST printing and copy shop in New Haven. The customer service is amazing: they are friendly and accommodating; their prices are extremely reasonable (the best I found in New Haven and surrounding area); and their turnaround time is very fast. I highly recommend!!! read more

This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had requesting a quote on a job! When I called them to ask if they were able to drill press holes into a ream of print, and explained that I this time had merely a single ream of 430 ready printed pages and only needed binder holes drilled into it, the lady on the phone said "Yes, we can. You can bring in your project and have the technician take a look at it." I asked if she could please quote me a price for drilling those three holes into that stack of papers, before I came all the way to them, she disappeared for over 5 minutes from the phone, to then ask me: "So you want only holes drilled? - Into a stack of about 430 pages? - Letter size?" I said "Yes, exactly." She said: "That's $25." Shocked to utter disbelieve and somewhat breathless I asked, if she really meant that for drilling THREE holes each of which takes less than 2 seconds to do, they wanted to charge $25. - She said: "Yes, that's right. That's what it costs." Lord, am I glad that I asked for a quote and did NOT waste more time with their business! (P.S. My family runs an over 150 year old blue-printing, copy, printing business in Germany, working with multi-million Euro projects, and it would have NEVER in a lifetime occurred to anyone, up to the general manager, to charge a walk in a cent for drilling 3 holes.) Docuprint has hands down the poorest understanding of both reasonable pricing as well as customer loyalty care I have EVER encountered! Bring your precious business elsewhere, where it is valued as a treasure for years to come!! read more

I've used Docuprint many times and I've always received excellent customer service. The woman that works at the front counter-can't remember her name- has always taken her time with me and been extremely helpful. And the prices are always great. I've used a couple of other printers downtown and have never gotten the service that I get at Docuprint. I highly recommend them! read more
