I contacted the company by phone and went over our needs for moving. Alex immediately provided us a quote and followed it up in writing. The company kept us informed prior to and throughout our move. They let us know by text when they were on the road to us, and when they were close to arriving at our apartment. The charge did not begin until they arrived. George was the lead/supervisor and there were two other movers with him for our move. They were all experienced and skilled movers, as they were strong, able to navigate tight staircases, in addition to an extremely challenging entryway into our townhome. George had assured me they would have no problem navigating our two-piece L-shaped leather sofa through the entryway, and he did just that! George stayed on top of things throughout the move. He made sure things were placed to our satisfaction, and that we were happy with everything when finished. They finished in a timely manner, and our move was beyond our expectations. These guys are unbelievably wonderful. I have moved across the country multiple times. This is the best load job that I have EVER seen done. A hard working group of 4 men showed up and loaded my parent's house in 3 hours. No joke. I had also rented an extra 6 x 12 trailer to accommodate our 26 ft trailer and transport. Honestly, I will not be using this company again. I thought the move took much longer than expected - wound up being 6 hours for less than a 1 bedroom move, which was the max hours they had quoted me for, even when I ended up moving significantly less than I had anticipated. Heads up they will also charge you for the tape to secure the moving blankets. The blankets themselves are free, but I have never in my life been charged for tape before to use said free blankets. They send you a pricing sheet on materials, but again I would never have expected to be charged $200 for tape. They also charge $35 per item to shrink wrap, which includes any soft furniture you move. They "shrank wrap" my not-soft office chair which was so beyond a rip off. They also didn't communicate to me the day of that the total amount would be less the deposit, so he got extra money. After speaking with the company multiple times they partially refunded me, so I'm not giving them a terrible review, but I also won't be using them again. Heads up on the extra charges. read more

Communication before the move was clear and consistent- perfect amount of check ins and reminders. Joseph, Levan, and David arrived at the exact scheduled time (I believe it may have been ten minutes early!) and moved quickly, cleanly, and with focus. No time wasted, really great team of guys and paying them was a pleasure at the end of the day. Very few businesses elicit a review from me, that's a testament in itself.
