Everything was arranged quickly, and we were able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. Our piano hadn't been tuned in quite some time, so it needed two tunings. After the second one, it sounded absolutely perfect! Jason was very professional, attentive, and extremely punctual. He stayed in touch, sent reminders, and always arrived right on time. It's clear that he really knows his work. His pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of service. We're very happy with the result and would 100% recommend Jason. We've definitely found our go-to piano tuner and will be calling him for our yearly tunings!

After a not-so-good tuning from another piano tuner earlier this year (who broke a string and blamed the piano's age on the string's condition and also as being the problem of why it did not hold the tuning 3 months later), I reached out for a second opinion and re-tuning from Well-Loved Piano. Best decision I made this year! Not only did Kenny assess the condition, he replaced the broken string and tuned the piano to perfection, but also fixed the root cause of a long time sticky key that was able to be replicated on my test-play before he left. Taking the time to find the root of that problem won me over! I have already booked next year's tuning before he left. Kenny knows his stuff!

I had been to several piano stores, but the gentlemen here are no doubt the most down to earth piano dealers in the area. I felt that they listened to the type of instrument and sound I was looking for and did not try to sway me to their profit. The owner of Faust appreciates music, and keeps that integrity in their business. It is important to feel right when spending this amount of money. They have a few cheapies (the typical ukes that are more like toys), many entry-level and mid-level instruments, and quite a few high-end instruments in exotic woods. They also know a lot about the different brands, and materials, and strings, and they have just about any modification or accessory you need: straps, cases, capos, strings, options for a setup or add electronics, and so on. Their prices are almost always competitive with the big online retailers. As a bass player, I can also attest to the good selection (albeit Fender-heavy, which is fine with me) of guitars and basses. They are a cut above any independent music store I grew up with in terms of quality and price, and their service and attention to customers puts them above the big guitar chains. Highly recommend!
