Beware: Rates are quoted in 50-minute units, yet sessions were repeatedly treated or billed as longer without the parent's clear, separate advance approval. In some communications, a longer duration was inserted into a message focused primarily on scheduling a date, without separately highlighting the increased charge. In my experience, sessions could also continue beyond the regular length unless I actively intervened. I eventually had to ask my minor son to set an alarm and monitor the lesson time himself to prevent sessions from running over. This placed an inappropriate and unnecessary layer of stress and billing responsibility on the student. Additionally, beware: they do not routinely send billing information or information about charges unless you request it in writing. They simply charge your credit card. In summary, this may be an acceptable service for a family with an unlimited tutoring budget that does not mind sessions being extended. It is not acceptable for families who need predictable costs and reasonably expect the quoted 50-minute session to remain 50 minutes. Any longer session and its total price should be clearly disclosed and expressly approved by the parent beforehand. Unfortunately, these practices have undermined my trust in the company. The nanny's that I got were really not paying attention to the instructions that I gave: my oldest child has difficulty feeling hungry, and never asks for food and will be agited if he does not eat. Most of the nanny's did not try harder to give him his food, while I explicitly instructed. As a result I often came home to a mess (literally exploded downstairs living room and play area, had to clean for 2 hours, nothing tidied up), children stressed out, they got absolutely no guidance, they allowed the children to fight with each other, pull each others hair and not keep control, the nanny and children we in the parents bedroom and bathroom, while I explicitly said they had no business there at the beginning of the session. Find people who actually like children, look at the children and find out what your child needs instead of just sitting on the couch with a smartphone in the hand.

Horribly distracting. The WORST place to stand or sit near if you're in the back of the Orchestra (latter rows)! Two, if you sit along the left wall (Orchestra), there is an alcove of sorts closer to the front of the stage. There is a TV in there (WHY, I don't know!), that is left on during performances. If you're in seats along the wall, you 'will' be distracted from the glare of the television light (as I recently was back in Row N!). Lastly, lobby bar prices are INSANE: $38 for a single serving CAN of wine and a single serve bottle of Prosecco. We had just come from a very nice restaurant and paid well less than that for quality!
