I purchased a bass guitar and got my old ibanez bass tuned up and cost was reasonable and even better was the kind gentleman who helped me in the process . Because I couldn't dial in the tension I needed, I decided to initiate a return. I reached out to Peter, and he immediately approved the return with no questions asked. The next day, I got a call from Dave at Pearl regarding my situation. He was beyond understanding and incredibly accommodating. Instead of just mailing out replacement springs, Dave sent me an entire new set of pedals. I received them, swapped in the softer springs, and the pedals now play perfectly. Communication and customer care from both Peter and Dave at Pearl were top tier throughout the process. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience.
