We got a response right away from Mike (the owner) he was super accommodating, explained the whole process and worked with us to find a cleaning time that fit our schedule. Mike was very professional and personable throughout the time he spent at our house & we could not be more happy with the results as our furniture looks good as new! As an added plus, his pricing was excellent! We would definitely recommend Steam Machine to anyone looking to spruce up their place and we plan on using him again soon to give some of our hardwood floors a nice pick me up!

My significant other and I were busy when Mark arrived. I paid him and we both went to work (at home). When I came out of my home office, Mark had left. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over.
