Let me start by saying - my kids bought the Money Pit. You name it, they've had to deal with it. My first call in a time of crisis is to Curtis. The team at Professional Restoration couldn't be nicer, and they get out to you quickly. They put my kids' basement back together with waterproof materials after the flood of '24, and they also remediated mold and insulated their attic which saved them a bunch of money on their heating bills over the winter. Victor who is their lead construction specialist is so friendly and puts you right at ease. When my kids had their latest problem (a plumbing leak that we thought was going to require massive construction), I didn't know who else to call. Curtis came right out to look, and he gave me the name of another remodeling person who could help us. Fantastic company. I recommend them to anyone who has a problem at their house. read more

Professional Cleaning & Restoration Systems of Connecticut services were great. The service man was on time and completed his task within a few hours and was very informative about how long the drying time would be, and when we could have access again to the rooms where rugs had been cleaned. read more

CAT PEE: Very old cat, 19 years old. In the end he couldn't find his cat box. We needed a Loveseat and bedroom carpet Pee smell Neutralized and Cleaned. But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. This company presented a professional approach to me, I booked the same day, Adam did the estimate. I got a discount too for a same day booking. I canceled my next estimate. We called Curtis and his team to come in and restore our finished basement after a massive flood. We had used them several months prior for mold remediation and flood cuts, and after having a good experience, they were top of mind for us. He made an appointment quickly with us to come and give a quote, and we were sold after hearing the options he could provide to waterproof our basement so that we wouldn't have such extensive damage if flooding ever happened again. We chose to install the flood resistant cement board for the walls and vinyl flooring, and giving us peace of mind. His team and job supervisor, Victor, went above and beyond for this job. They were always timely, professional, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. We are so happy with how our basement turned out! We also used them to have our couch professionally cleaned and for insulation work in our attic. We've already seen a big difference in how the heat is retained in our home. Any question we had or anything we've needed help with, they've been there right away. We can't say enough good things about them and would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

I could not be happier with Professional Cleaning &Restoration systems. They came by on what was an uncomfortably hot day and were still so focused on doing a spectacular on giving several old sofas and a badly stained carpet area the white glove treatment these items needed. I had been thinking of buying new sofas, but mine now look brand new. Great value for the work performed and the guys could not have been friendlier or more courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them for projects in my home I've neglected, To Luke, Laura and all, a huge thank you! read more

Curtis and team did a great job for me and have mapped out a good plan for future needs for my basement.

Curtis, Victor, and the entire team at PRS were absolutely amazing to work with. Having mold in your home is never a pleasant experience, but the team at PRS made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for my family. They were extremely accommodating to all of my requests and went above and beyond to ensure the environment was safe for my kids while they worked. It truly felt like they treated our home with the same care and respect as if it were their own. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Price was very high for an 8x10 rug. Guy came to my apartment and wasn't very friendly.

Professional Carpet Systems and Restoration Services has worked for us twice over the years and each time not only met but exceeded our expectations. Both instances were urgent in nature, one due to basement flooding and another due to mold from a water leak. The initial calls were both answered immediately and the problems were subsequently resolved in a timely manner and at a fair price. Amy and Curtis are professional, polite and knowledgeable. They readily listened to all our questions and concerns and provided a cost effective plan to resolve our issues. Their team was also very knowledgeable and did great work , leaving the work area immaculate each day when done. We recently had a concern over a potential mold issue, and they again responded immediately and were able to alleviate our concern over FaceTime. We highly recommend them for your restorative needs. read more

We had water damage in our house and called them to prevent any long term damage and dry out the ceiling. They were at my house within an hour, cut a few small holes in the drywall and setup their fans. They came back the next day and the area was dried out. Minimal damage and affordable cost. They even came out a week later when I nocticed there might have been more damage in another room as a courtesy. Highly recommend if you have any type of damage to your home. read more

We have had two jobs done by PCS, cleaning an indoor outdoor carpet that had had construction done around it, and steam cleaning furniture in our living room. The two men who did the jobs were friendly, polite, thorough and conscientious, the work was done well, and was well-priced. I would recommend Bert and his staff very enthusiastically. read more
