Absolutely Amazing!…read more We are beyond impressed with Duct Diagnostics, LLC in Middletown, CT! Eric and Leo came to our home on time and did an absolutely amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and truly took pride in their work. Unfortunately, last week we hired another company to clean our vents and it was a terrible experience. They left our home dirty, did not do a good job, and, even worse, they used the wrong tool and actually ripped one of our instalation Then we called Duct Diagnostics, LLC, and what a difference! Eric and Leo came prepared with the right tools and equipment and took their time to properly inspect and clean everything. But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. This company presented a professional approach to me, I booked the same day, Adam did the estimate. I got a discount too for a same day booking. I canceled my next estimate. Verry Happy, Andy Rutter
