I already packed my dump in my car the night before (furniture and a bunch of old shoe boxes), so I was ready to drop off. When I arrived on location, he introduced himself, gave me a business card, put his gloves on, and unloaded my car. I was extremely shaken up and pulled over to the side of the highway. When I arrived home I immediately call the company to report the incident. The end result is that All American Waste will take no responsibility for the damage to my car even though they broke CT law by not clearing the snow and ice off their truck. Needless to say, I would never choose All American Waste as my refuse company and perhaps you should not either.

Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!!
