I had DiGiorgi install my roof 15 years ago, it was a little more expensive at the time. I have had three issues none of which were their fault - they involved a leak and moss - and no questions asked they have come out and fixed a boot and cleaned the roof. I will absolutely be calling them for my siding and if I ever need a roof again. read more

They came out in September to initially look at the house and said they can begin the work in December. So we gave the deposit. Have not heard from them in months. They finally started the work in Feb. All around the house were long nails. They never cleaned up the mess after they finished the siding. We just had windows and doors replaced by another company and they scuffed up the new red door and one of the windows. They said they would replace the door. We are now almost in May and still have not heard from them. We brought up the nails all around the house and nothing was done about that. For the gutter, one of the guys face the downspout towards the house instead of away from the house. With the amount of money we paid. Service should be better. We shouldn't have to point out things. It was 90 degrees in the sun and these guys never stopped. The outcome was a professional job, done by two hard-working professionals. Kudos to both of them working in this broiling heatwave. My experience was negative and would not recommend them to a friend or colleague. Everything started great but there was back and forth with the insurance, Digiorgi simply needed to mail a shingle for analysis at a third party. I was told it would take 2-3 days. After weeks of no responses, stalling, and ultimately lying (on 3 separate occasions I was told it was overnighted the previous day by the person I was speaking with, what else is that but a lie?) we had to drop them and start over with a new roofer. End of the day all the did was put up a tarp and delay my home repairs by over a month. If customer service, honesty, and responsiveness is important, I'd recommend elsewhere. read more

He never followed up after giving an over priced unclear quote on work. Rings End is so so much better option. Any institution that does lots of Marketing like DiGiorgi or Renewal by Anderson overcharge on their work to pay for all the marketing. I spent a large amount of money on NEW Marvin windows for my house, I was told these windows would open very smoothly and would not need lift handles. That was totally wrong ! I cant even open 3/4 of the windows without major effort, they are worse than the ones they took out, I was told "in time they will loosen up" about a year later and still not at all easy to open. $28000.00 for windows that wont open by hand. Stay away from Marvin windows and don't trust anything DiGiorgi salesman says. read more

We had a small leak and they came out to look at it for an estimate. It was a minor repair and the guy fixed it on the spot and didn't charge a dime. Now that is service, ladies and gentlemen! We were told by the company salesman that we would need a 50 foot new seamless gutter, the quote over $1500, yet Troy and Frank came out to clean the gutters, checked the levels, found the gutter to be at the wrong angle, so the waterfall problem was fixed. Wonderful experience with renewal by andersen New England. We had 3 windows installed in our home. The windows are pricey, but it is clear that with this product you get what you pay for. We had a product manager come to the house and sit down with us. He was very patient and explained the product, brought samples and hundreds of photos to show us the before and after. He wasn't pushy. It was clear that he wanted to work with us to get a new product within our current budget. We live in a wooded, high maintenance area and these windows will never have to be replaced. The manager went over various finance options to determine which was the best for us. Installation day went smoothly. The three installers did a great job. Install was smooth and they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I love the new windows. They look great, but more importantly they are very efficient and functional. We can't wait to work with renewal by anderson again! read more
