They stand by their work, and if you aren't happy, they keep coming back and fixing until you are happy. It's rare to find a company with both quality products, but such care for their reputations. They replaced windows, sliding doors, our siding and gutters. Then they built a spacious enclosed porch. Same standard for everything: they keep working until the customer is happy. read more

I had DiGiorgi install my roof 15 years ago, it was a little more expensive at the time. I have had three issues none of which were their fault - they involved a leak and moss - and no questions asked they have come out and fixed a boot and cleaned the roof. I will absolutely be calling them for my siding and if I ever need a roof again. read more

They came out in September to initially look at the house and said they can begin the work in December. So we gave the deposit. Have not heard from them in months. They finally started the work in Feb. All around the house were long nails. They never cleaned up the mess after they finished the siding. We just had windows and doors replaced by another company and they scuffed up the new red door and one of the windows. They said they would replace the door. We are now almost in May and still have not heard from them. We brought up the nails all around the house and nothing was done about that. For the gutter, one of the guys face the downspout towards the house instead of away from the house. With the amount of money we paid. Service should be better. We shouldn't have to point out things. Lack of follow through. read more

Shout out to Adam and Jose who did a great job on our window installation. We were we so grateful they came on the coldest day and were courteous and dealing well with the weather. Adam and Jose made a great team and were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves which was very much appreciated. The staff even called up later in the afternoon to confirm all was good. Thank you for helping us out during this cold winter! read more

horrendous...Do not recommend using this company. They are severely incompetent. Gave a deposit for an order, confirmed via text & email that the 4 doors were ordered. When I followed up over a month later the office stated they never ordered...holding up my million-dollar project. Run fast this company is just awful. To make matters worse the "manager" was condescending & rude not apologetic or willing to accept responsibility for their egregious error. I hope this review saves someone the massive headache it gave me. read more

I met with two representatives for 3 different product quotes, one quote came in 75% higher than the highest competitor and that was a dealbreaker, the other quotes didn't go anywhere because that rep had considerable restrictions preventing them from reaching my desired outcomes, the 2nd rep also went MIA after sending me the quotes and I was left feeling they just didn't care to put any effort into continuing the conversation to convince me they could achieve my goals, I felt like I dodged a bullet... I'm only including an image of their estimate logo because I don't want to show personal info about me or the reps involved read more

I was promised a fencing delivery and install within three weeks and gave a $700 deposit. It has been three weeks and I've received nothing and no answers from the company. read more

The two installation men, Raymond and (I think) Jose, just left minutes ago. They installed gutters, downspouts and a leaf screen on my house. It was 90 degrees in the sun and these guys never stopped. The outcome was a professional job, done by two hard-working professionals. Kudos to both of them working in this broiling heatwave. I'm happy with the products used, and I'm sure it will add value to my home when I sell it. The price was very reasonable after I chose the gutter screen that was less costly. I recommend DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding with 5 stars. read more

Fantastic experience with DiGiorgi! Many of the other contractors that looked at my roof seemed like they were trying to take advantage of me. DiGiorgi was transparent on the work that needed to be completed and sent a great crew to complete the job. The prices were fair and more importantly I felt like I was working with a team with integrity. read more

My experience was negative and would not recommend them to a friend or colleague. Everything started great but there was back and forth with the insurance, Digiorgi simply needed to mail a shingle for analysis at a third party. I was told it would take 2-3 days. After weeks of no responses, stalling, and ultimately lying (on 3 separate occasions I was told it was overnighted the previous day by the person I was speaking with, what else is that but a lie?) we had to drop them and start over with a new roofer. End of the day all the did was put up a tarp and delay my home repairs by over a month. If customer service, honesty, and responsiveness is important, I'd recommend elsewhere. read more

Contracted DiGiorgi Roofing and Siding for new full roof and gutters replacement. The materials offered and selected were highly rated and quality and workmanship observed at installation were excellent. The value of quality material, workmanship and extensive warranties proved DiGiorgi was the best and right decision I could have made in choosing this company. Highly satisfied ! read more

Not professional at all. Four windows took 8 visits to my house before they got it correct. Would not recommend at all . Payed a lot of money . You would think that service would have been great. Find someone else to do your windows. read more

Do NOT go with DiGiorgi for you roofing siding or windows needs. They guy that came out to my house was salesy, made stuff up and tried to scare into not doing something to the house. He never followed up after giving an over priced unclear quote on work. Rings End is so so much better option. Any institution that does lots of Marketing like DiGiorgi or Renewal by Anderson overcharge on their work to pay for all the marketing. You can do so much better without all the hoopla by going to Rings End. read more

I spent a large amount of money on NEW Marvin windows for my house, I was told these windows would open very smoothly and would not need lift handles. That was totally wrong ! I cant even open 3/4 of the windows without major effort, they are worse than the ones they took out, I was told "in time they will loosen up" about a year later and still not at all easy to open. $28000.00 for windows that wont open by hand. Stay away from Marvin windows and don't trust anything DiGiorgi salesman says. read more

I am very happy to have worked with a reputable family business with a history of excellence. We had DiGiorgi come out to quote a huge home project: siding, gutters, structural repair for our garage, and a new garage door. While we went with a competitor for siding (due to cost) the consultation, expertise, and experience with our garage is 2nd to none. The sales experience is intense and the sales team is the most knowledgable and friendly in the business - we learned so much. We booked our project and it was done within the exact timeframes as promised. Tim is the foreman for garage work and he is a true gentlemen and an expert. I highly recommend meeting with DiGiorgi to consider your construction projects. read more

An absolutely fantastic Sales Representative, Kathleen, intelligently and honestly advised us on the best option for addressing a gutter drainage issue for maximum effectiveness, also keeping best appearances and cost in mind. We are so appreciative of her time spent, even though she knew this was a downspout/drainage job they could not help us with...our gutters do not need replacing at this point, but if they did we would hire DiGiorgi! read more

I give this company a perfect review. I just had a Trex Deck installed by them. Julian and his crew did an unbelievable job. They took an enormous amount of pride in their work. There were reliable, efficient and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants there job done right and with care. Anthony Zammit was always there to answer my questions and help me with my decisions. read more

Great crew and excellent work. Had 3 sliding door, 2 custom box windows and 6 regular windows installed. They ran into some issues with rotted wood and fixed it all without charging more. Great communication with us and very clean. read more

We had a small leak and they came out to look at it for an estimate. It was a minor repair and the guy fixed it on the spot and didn't charge a dime. Now that is service, ladies and gentlemen! In comparison, another local company sent us an estimate for $450 and that company didn't even bother to go up on the roof. DiGiorgi Roofing, remember that name when you need roofing work done. read more

We were told by the company salesman that we would need a 50 foot new seamless gutter, the quote over $1500, yet Troy and Frank came out to clean the gutters, checked the levels, found the gutter to be at the wrong angle, so the waterfall problem was fixed. Could not have been nicer. Highly recommended. read more

Wonderful experience with renewal by andersen New England. We had 3 windows installed in our home. The windows are pricey, but it is clear that with this product you get what you pay for. We had a product manager come to the house and sit down with us. He was very patient and explained the product, brought samples and hundreds of photos to show us the before and after. He wasn't pushy. It was clear that he wanted to work with us to get a new product within our current budget. We live in a wooded, high maintenance area and these windows will never have to be replaced. The manager went over various finance options to determine which was the best for us. Installation day went smoothly. The three installers did a great job. Install was smooth and they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I love the new windows. They look great, but more importantly they are very efficient and functional. We can't wait to work with renewal by anderson again! read more
