Being a winter installation they double nailed everything so that there would never be an issue. It takes a lot to impress me,And Mike exceeded all expectations. The customer even thought there was a small issue and when I called Mike he said he be out the next day. Turns out that the area the customers looking at was the flashing that they had put up to guarantee that no water would leak into the house. They did find additional work that was needed and requested that I review the added work with the added price. Glad I was there to see they were truthful and boy I'm glad I followed their advice. All said and done they serviced my home and were neat. The cleanup was also amazing. But please understand that all said and done no matter how clean and neat the service is there is and will be some minor things left behind. Like a nail or two maybe some unseen gutter clips. This is expected and I'm glad I hired this company. I strongly recommend them for your household needs. They destroyed a mature eight year old 5' high Hydrangea bush by my front door. Surprise surprise, as I am writing this, yet another large empty box of roofing material has just been thrown and falls right by my bedroom window. The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. This is unbelievably surreal and negative experience. I guess They pick up these men on the side of the road on the way to your home. No one to answer for what they do, no one cared. They finally started the work in Feb. All around the house were long nails. They never cleaned up the mess after they finished the siding. We just had windows and doors replaced by another company and they scuffed up the new red door and one of the windows. They said they would replace the door. We are now almost in May and still have not heard from them. We brought up the nails all around the house and nothing was done about that. For the gutter, one of the guys face the downspout towards the house instead of away from the house. With the amount of money we paid. Service should be better. We shouldn't have to point out things.
