Here's why: 1. does not follow customer's wishes; she follows her wishes. 2. hires unlicensed tradespeople for the most part which makes it impossible to get inspections done by the city building department. 3. claimed to be unable to read our architects plans and then hired her own who was unlicensed and using a fake stamp. Said architect magically disappeared when we attempted to contact for updated drawings 4. does not follow architectural plans which caused many problems with city inspections. 5. does not provide any paperwork or backup for charges and bills. 6. promises the world and delivers very little. 7. left us unable to use our home as it should be able to be used for at least four years. Still do not have a fully functioning kitchen. Advice to those contemplating hiring her for services: DO NOT.
