We highly recommend Mikael Masonry and Paving Services. We lived with a very long gravel driveway…read morefor years that we thought would be costly to properly grade and pave. Mikael gave us a very reasonable estimate to correct the grade, install drainage and pave the entire driveway. They also installed a blue stone step and a field stone walkway. Ken took all of those issues into account when he gave us an estimate on the work. We knew we might have to wait for some materials to arrive, but once they did the work proceeded promptly. Two of our skylights were non-standard sizes and required special attention to detail, and a flatter portion of roof needed to be approached differently as well. When you only replace a roof every 25 years or so it's hard to know what to be watching for, but the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend KJN Restoration.

OK, so we called and left messages for 4 months. I did receive one call back on 12/15/15, telling…read moreme they would look at it. This has been the warmest December on record here. The weather has been absolutely perfect for driveway work. As far as I know, no one has been by. For certain no one has contacted us. For certain no one has done anything in the driveway. No excuses, City Paving. We held a family meeting, I called one last time this morning-2 busy signals and a no answer. The address on the contract is a private residence, not an office. We will pay for another company to come and repair City Pavings workmanship issues before the freezing weather sets in and further damages the driveway. It is a shame we already recommended them to other people. That will never happen again. Oh well, live and learn. Update- So, after 4 months someone came by and looked at it. Says they will be back when the weather is warmer...sigh....it was warmer when we started calling, but whatever. I guess I will cancel the other company. If they actually fix it, I will edit this review then.
