He was unreliable and left his equipment in my home for weeks both before and after he finally showed up. I had to resort to hiring movers to get his gear out of my house. He managed to come pick up his stuff once he heard about the movers. I regret letting someone talk me into hiring him. I still wonder about that. Tommy called late on a Sunday night to talk about my floors and it was immediately evident that something didn't seem right with him. I told this to the person who said to hire him, and he said that Tommy's a "character"... Tommy was also a heroin addict. NEVER EVER let Tommy's Floors anywhere near your house. It broke my heart the way he destroyed my floors. If there was anyway possible to rate this experience, it would be a big minus minus minus rating.

The team at Professional Restoration couldn't be nicer, and they get out to you quickly. They put my kids' basement back together with waterproof materials after the flood of '24, and they also remediated mold and insulated their attic which saved them a bunch of money on their heating bills over the winter. Victor who is their lead construction specialist is so friendly and puts you right at ease. When my kids had their latest problem (a plumbing leak that we thought was going to require massive construction), I didn't know who else to call. Curtis came right out to look, and he gave me the name of another remodeling person who could help us. Fantastic company. I recommend them to anyone who has a problem at their house.
