They cleared everything out, removed sheetrock and disinfected the entire area. They left air blowers for 3 days. On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company. They dried it out quickly and worked with my insurance to make the process easy. I also used them for the rebuild services because they had the quickest turnaround, and that is where we ran into issues. The "plumber" did not properly attach the new sink and it is loose and not properly bracketed. This was never resolved. The floor installers set my AC to 58Degrees, removed my inside garage door, and left the AC on max for several days straight while it was 100degrees outside. They also spilled mortar and grout all over my driveway. I asked them to clean it up but they did not understand english. It left permanent stains. The painters got paibt all over my trim and light switches and lightswitch covers. I'm pretty sure they also punched or kicked my dog, we had to put her down. Don't leave any of these subcontractors alone in your house.

Mess up time and time again and expect you to waste your time waiting for them day after day just for them to mess up again, like not bring the drying mats, which was their ONLY job. MULTIPLE TIMES. I was assured by the owner Brian, this would be remedied, yet they showed up without the mats again. They obviously have no respect for their customer's time and their workload, let alone the stress they are already under facing their homes being destroyed. They just add a ton more stress. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

They have short 2 hour windows for appointments which is great that I didn't have a 4+ hour window of time I needed to wait for them to come. The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700. I didn't do much shopping around so I don't know how their rate compares to others. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and would recommend it especially if you have urgent plumbing needs.

But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. This company presented a professional approach to me, I booked the same day, Adam did the estimate. I got a discount too for a same day booking. I canceled my next estimate. Verry Happy, Andy Rutter
