I also used them for the rebuild services because they had the quickest turnaround, and that is where we ran into issues. The "plumber" did not properly attach the new sink and it is loose and not properly bracketed. This was never resolved. The floor installers set my AC to 58Degrees, removed my inside garage door, and left the AC on max for several days straight while it was 100degrees outside. They also spilled mortar and grout all over my driveway. I asked them to clean it up but they did not understand english. It left permanent stains. The painters got paibt all over my trim and light switches and lightswitch covers. I'm pretty sure they also punched or kicked my dog, we had to put her down.
