She took pictures and video, assessed the extent of the muck, and told me she would get back to me soon. By 8:15pm, she'd emailed the estimate, and boom! I was on her schedule. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own. She explained, and showed me the pictures, of why she'd tossed what she'd tossed. This was not my first hazmat cleaner rodeo, but this was far more extensive than the last and worth every penny.
