No shortcuts ever taken. The crew is cheerful and very thorough in their work. And I LOVE how they vacuum in straight lines; its the best to come home to! That, and how clean the house looks and smells. The first deep cleaning was unbelievable. A large crew came in and spend the day. My home was never so deeply cleaned. Furniture moved out, baseboards cleaned - every nook and cranny.....and then some. I like that the same group comes to my house each visit. They are familiar with the home. Paulo and his team cleaned in our home for over 8 years. He started when I was pregnant with my son and easily became a part of our family. The kids always ran into his arms and the dogs (eventually) stopped barking at him. He and his team always went above and beyond. We had a very steep driveway. So he was super flexible with my schedule in the winter and even walked down in the ice and snow more than a few times. If Paulo himself wasn't the one cleaning that day I still had no issue leaving the key because I knew if he hired them, I could trust them. Only once in 8 years was I left less than satisfied and frankly, even if he hadn't apologized and offered me my money back, I would have forgiven him anyway. Trustworthy. Reliable. Responsible. Paulo and his team came over today for our first cleaning and I am beyond impressed!! I've lived in this house for 10 years and I can honestly say, despite using other cleaning services over the years, my house has NEVER been this clean. The team members also let my dog roam free during their time here, which was a relief for me, since she hates to be in her crate. Paulo is so friendly and his prices are very reasonable. Valentim services has been part of my household for three years. I have them clean every other week for a reasonable price and could not be happier. They'll use specific products that I provide, but if I ever run out of anything they're quick to use their supplies that they always have with them.
