I've tried shingles a rubber burn down roof and most recently a metal roof. Each time I had roofers here that rushed through the job cut corners that cost me money to replace my interior insulation and ceilings. I can go on and on about my experience with past roofers which brings me to my review of m&j roofing. We contacted this company and let me just say they are responsive,, they are honest, polite professional, and the pricing was great. They truly care about their customers. Louie is absolutely a wonderful man. He came here looked at my roof, told me what was done wrong what went wrong, and what needed to be done to prevent any further problems. He reassured me he would correct the issue and guaranteed his work into the future. The day they came they completed the job start to finish in one day. His son Nick is just as wonderful as his father (Lou) . Nick and his dad kept me updated throughout the day and even helped me up on the roof to make sure I saw the damage previous roofers had done and what went wrong. They also showed me the finished product and would not leave unless I was satisfied. Let me just say the finished product was amazing. in closing I would say to anybody this is the only roofing company that anybody should use. I could go on and on about how satisfied and about the quality of their work You just have to trust me this company is truly amazing.

Diamond installed a new beautiful roof on my home 4 years ago. With all of the cold weather and snow this winter my roof developed enormous ice dams. This was caused by mother nature, not Diamond. Diamond went above and beyond to make sure that everything was OK. I highly recommend them!

After inspection claimed shingles looked fine just a few nails lifted which were replaced. After last Sundays rain, water started dripping and more tiles were wet. My husband and I liked Rob from the moment he came over to give us an estimate. He is a very…read morestraightforward person who knows his work - he explained and showed us exactly what would happen with our roof replacement. Not only did he offer us an excellent price, he also took pictures up there, showing us the problems and how they could be solved. We were having leaks during big rain storms, so (at his own instigation - we had not even really thought it would be possible), he came over here and put a tarp on the damaged area to keep water out until the roof replacement could begin. This was enormously helpful. The workers were all very professional and hardworking. They stripped off two layers of roofing, replaced plywood (we had not known that this would be necessary, but Rob had told us it was a possibility and had included a quote for it in his proposal - once the old roofing was removed, it was obvious that the plywood was needed). They also fixed our chimney which was in much worse repair than we had realized. This all happened in two days! They cleaned up the whole area beautifully each day. They had also made a little lean-to structure that protected my vegetables and flowers from being hit by falling debris from the roof! This was very effective, and the plants were all fine afterward. I heartily recommend Rob's Roofing for anyone who wants a thoroughly professional roofing job that will look beautiful. In addition, these are nice considerate people that you will feel comfortable having work on your house.

We initially began getting quotes for a new roof back in July and it took Al nearly a month to give me an initial quote. I should have moved on to the next contractor back then! Our roof was badly leaking so we were seeking out an emergency loan through the state to get it done ASAP. After going back and forth with Albana Roofing and our financing provider basically all summer, things were finally approved in the last week of August, and we signed a contract with Albana Roofing stating that work would begin by 9/20 and commence by 9/24, weather permitting. All of September was beautiful, so that wasn't the reason why the work didn't get done. I found myself in the beginning of October, still waiting on these roofers! I'm assuming they had bigger jobs that took priority because they were making more money. We had to pull our financing (though we have other means to pay for the job), and Al called me wanting to know what was going on. He informed me that I put them in a bad place because they "already ordered materials" which is something that he had been telling me, and my husband, since before we even signed a contract with them! I told him that I was going to talk to our financing provider and that if it came down to it, I could probably just give him a credit card number. He told me that he would talk to his brother and get back to me later than night via e-mail. I never heard back. Since then, I sent Al two e-mail just wanting to know what was going on. The cherry on top is that when I went to follow up with Al one final time via e-mail this morning, it bounced back! He blocked my e-mail address!!! What kind of terrible business owner does that?! I was very nice, understanding and patient throughout the entire process. Thank god we didn't give them any money. It is my understanding that this company was started by their father, and I can only hope that he would be dismayed by this.

I obtained quotes from four different contractors, and Albana was the clear winner. Albana was in business longer than most of the others, did not subcontract the work, was rated the best with the Better Business Bureau (A+), was rated the best on HomeAdvisor and Yelp (5 stars on each). In addition, they did not use felt as a layer (an obsolete process), and they took physical rather than satellite measurements. Sonny, who attended our Board Meeting, answered questions, provided samples, and gave financing options. He is an exemplary professional. Sonny's highest priority is making everyone happy. Work was timed according to everyone's schedules. The grounds were also kept safe and orderly. When the project was finished, it was done in a timely fashion, conformed to code, and looked wonderful. A few months after the work was done, a freak wind gust exceeded the 130mph rating on the shingles. Albana was back on the job and repaired the damage. Based on all of the above, Albana was a dream to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When we eventually get to do siding on our buildings, they will be at the top of our list to get that job done also.

Our home and new roof look magnificent. Carlos was professional from the start, visiting us on the day we called, presenting us a complete proposal with informational brochures. His materials, workmanship, and guarantees are rare in this industry. The most gratifying for us is the fact that Carlos delivered on all of his promises, from the start date, his crew performing the work, completion of the work and clean-up and removal of debris.  With any issue that came up, Carlos was very flexible and worked it into the project. Both Carlos and Abraham were professional and neat - they cleaned the job site daily and when the work was completed, they left nothing behind. In fact, during the last day, they spent over an hour packing up and cleaning all around our home picking up errant debris and hunting for nails.  We will certainly be recommending ADN Roofing to our family and friends.
