I can accept the fact that all of this work took over nine months to complete with the onset of last winter but the gutter (easiest task?) was not installed correctly, It is nearly level resulting in rain water overflowing the gutter, down the side of my house, right into my basement. Mid-July I reached out to the owner (Soverns) and sent pictures/video of water overflowing the gutter but nothing has been done.
