Over the course of several months, we got to know Guy and the GN team quite well, and from start to finish, our entire experience could not have been any better. Equally impressive, every single member on the crew was responsive, friendly, highly communicative, and a pleasure to work with. A special "shout out" to our Project Manager, Zach Saucier. These gentlemen did an amazing job on our 150-year-old pine floors. I forgot to take a "before"…read morepicture, which is super sad-- there had been carpet down for a long time, so the floor was covered in glue, scuffs, and assorted marks. The Daigle family came out here and worked a miracle. I gasped when I saw them. And I found this company to be super affordable. I also really appreciated how personable and friendly they both were (father and son team). I know some people don't care about whether a contractor is friendly or not-- just as long as they are skilled-- but for me, if I'm going to have someone in my home for hours at a time, I want it to be a pleasant experience. One warning-- they wanted to start work at 6am. Which I permitted, since I get up early, but my husband almost had a fit. I've had many workmen start at 7:00, but 6:00?! Anyway, I'm sure I could have talked them in to starting at a more reasonable hour if I had asked, but be prepared.

Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property…read moreand we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager.

They later installed new sheet rock and molding over old and outdated glue on tiles in the same kitchen (after a burst pipe resulted in having to cut a hole into ceiling.) I would recommend them to anyone looking to do some remodeling in their home.

If you're in need of a company to do installations and repairs, then you will want to call Senterline. The work done is simply spectacular, done with care and efficiency. My family and I re-did our kitchen, top to bottom. Within a few weeks, we had a beautiful and just outstanding new kitchen. It came out better than we could have ever dreamed of. The workers that came were quiet, neat, and kept the entire work area clean. Unless you went down into the kitchen, you wouldn't know they were there!! The entire team at Senterline is extremely kind and efficient. From the office staff to the project estimator to the foremen, the team at Senterline is wonderful. They make sure you're taken care of. Scheduling is very easy, and the foremen arrive exactly when they say they will be there, and earlier in the window they give. Marc and Justin, in particular, are outstanding and very hard workers. The only [slight] downside is that Senterline has several associate companies to do some of the related work, such as tiling, so you will have to deal with another company and their workers. It can be hard to schedule these associates, but the office staff at Senterline makes it easier to do so. It is extremely difficult to find true craftsmen and professionals, but you will find them in Senterline. My family and I are extremely pleased Senterline did the work on our home. They really care about there work and that you love what you design. We'll never look for another construction team again.
