Both were unfriendly and impolite (Justin & Quintin). They would not come unless my wife was also present. I am the person that is coordinating and making the project decisions. She has no interest in meeting with the contractors. They said they did not want to waste their time unless she participated. Obviously they do not need my business which is surprising from a non-BBB accredited contractor with an "F" rating from the BBB.

He did not disappoint! And my yard is cleaner now than before he started!!

As a board member for a Condo Association we have used this contractor several times. Recently we…read moreused them for Roof Raking and removal of ice from our gutters, however when I showed up at my house there were 7 workers on our property with only 2 actually working. The other 5 were playing in the snow and standing around doing nothing. To top it off, I stopped them from working as they were only raking some of the snow off and not removing the ice as requested. At no time did this Contractor when we hired them to remove ice instruct us that they would not remove the ice. Now they are invoicing us for an exorbitant amount of labor hours for their workers to stand around holding shovels. Although they have performed other services well for us, we will NO longer contact them for any work after this attempted robbery.

The old shakes were removed and the new siding was installed with additional insulation. As a result, I found my heating bills were reduced by 30%. Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding also installed 15 new beautiful windows of high quality. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently even though it was summer and the temperatures were in the 90's. The cost was below that of several other companies that i had obtained quotes from. The work was completed in less than 3 days. They ordered the dumpsters and removed them ensuring that everything was clean before they left the job. I would hire Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding again in the future for any roofing, siding and window-replacement needs I might have. They are very professional and polite. Everyone in the neighborhood remarked on how beautful my "new" home is.

He wanted to go in the attic and I said it wasn't really big enough for him to go into it just like a crawlspace where he could see. Also there is def damage on the roof because he was my second estimate where they actually went on the roof. In addition to that, my home owners adjuster saw the damage as well. The technician got angry and stormed away saying well I should call him then. I did call the manager to let him know what happened and he apologized and offered to send someone else out but at that point I was just like no thanks. I definitely would not recommend this place.
