Been using them for 13+ years and only had wonderful experiences. 2025 they are clearly under new management or owners because the prices are significantly higher, a credit card is collected prior to work being completed, they left my yard a mess with mulch, and I couldn't get anyone to call back when I reached out with questions. The development that I live in negotiated a set of prices, based on the style of house, with this company. In all, 26 homeowners opted in. CMPW sent two crews with trucks & equipment. Each crew consisted of three employees....a working "group leader" and two helpers. My crew's leader was Scott, who's been with the company "for a long time". All three were hard-working, efficient, and knowledgable. They don't mess around, and took about an hour-and-a-half. I was absolutely amazed at the difference in my house's exterior look. Absolutely fantastic!! The crew was in my driveway at 7:45 AM and started unloading their gear. A team of three. One of the guys helped me load barrels into my truck for my Saturday dump run as he was setting up. They do phenomenal work - my house is 20 years old, and this is the first professional wash. It looks like new. As does my roof, patio, and sidewalk. I am amazed at how good of a job they did. I would recommend them 100 out of 100 times. read more

I've used Clean Machine to powerwash a few of my houses. I've found them to be very professional and responsive. You should really have your house powerwashed every two to three years. The gutters, deck, fence and sidewalk and house looked awesome. Yes, I could have done some of this my self but it was well worth the price and saved me a lot of time. I called Clean Machine to quote me on power washing just my back roof. The area had a thick layer of moss and mold that had built up over years. They came out and left me a quote the day after I called. I thought the price was reasonable ($550) so I called to book the service. They came out two days later, did a great job and left no debris behind. My roof looks great. I would recommend their service to anyone who asks and I will use them again in the future if needed. We had Clean Machine power wash our roof as it was loaded with moss, lichen and mold. They did an outstanding job cleaning the roof. Definitely will extend the life of our roof. They did the whole outside of the house which had black mold and cleaned it up nicely. Very reasonable price too.
