The gutters screens were so close to the roof drip edge that I would cut my finger if I was to clean them. They came back over to lower them but he told me that they were only going to lower one of my seven gutters that they installed. Now on the one that they lowered the low point is to the 90 degree bend of the L shape gutter. Now it will never drain out from the middle back to the left hand end. I think they didn't move the down spout down to make the right pitch. I could tell because there are no new holes in my trim board on the house. . The gutters size increased from a 4" to a 5" gutter. They did a nice clean up after they left. Dominic

I got quotes from three other gutter companies before choosing Skyline. I can definitively say that…read moreSkyline's communication, process, and follow-through were by far the best. The owner, Dan, was more responsive than most contractors I've worked with in my life. He didn't use hard sales tactics to pressure us into making a decision on the spot like the other companies that send out sales guys only concerned with hitting their quota. Still, he came out to the property right away and always responded quickly to our questions. It was clear he was a trustworthy and knowledgeable guy. He helped us come up with an option that would complement our house's architectural style. Normally, gutters are an eyesore or fade into the background at best, but these ones actually enhance our curb appeal. The price was fair for the options we selected and great for the service we received. Can't recommend them enough. *This is an honest review written without incentives. Some of these other sales guys promised discounts for writing reviews, but Skyline runs an honest business.*

They introduced themselves and then they got to work. Dawson, Brandon and Travis were knowledgeable about the 'how' these windows work. I say this because the place I live the windows are 20 years old. My front door in particular has the storms on them that slide up and down. Dawson and Travis worked together tediously getting the storms in and out. They have done these types of storms before, but these being an older style they have not had experience with. The important trait here is they didn't give up. . My sills were extremely dirty. In some areas the pollen and dirt were caked on. They were very particular in making sure they cleaned it all out. My screens were taken off and hosed down. They were finished all windows and doors in less than 3 hours. I paid them and they each shook my hand saying it was a pleasure to meet me. Being older it is so nice to have individuals work in my home who are genuinely enthusiastic about their job and very polite. I thank Dawson, Brandon and Travis as I can see the true beauty the outside has to offer.
