When I booked my appointment I was told that Dawson, Brandon and Travis would be the individuals cleaning my windows. I was given an arrival time of between 8-10 AM. They showed up at 8:30. They introduced themselves and then they got to work. Dawson, Brandon and Travis were knowledgeable about the 'how' these windows work. I say this because the place I live the windows are 20 years old. My front door in particular has the storms on them that slide up and down. Dawson and Travis worked together tediously getting the storms in and out. They have done these types of storms before, but these being an older style they have not had experience with. The important trait here is they didn't give up. . My sills were extremely dirty. In some areas the pollen and dirt were caked on. They were very particular in making sure they cleaned it all out. My screens were taken off and hosed down. They were finished all windows and doors in less than 3 hours. I paid them and they each shook my hand saying it was a pleasure to meet me. Being older it is so nice to have individuals work in my home who are genuinely enthusiastic about their job and very polite. I thank Dawson, Brandon and Travis as I can see the true beauty the outside has to offer. read more

They are now my go to for gutter cleaning. Very responsive. Called 30 mins prior to arrival. Arrived as a three man crew, rung door bell, introduced themselves and got straight to work. I was advised ahead of time if I had a guard on the gutters, there would be an additional charge. There's a guard on the back of my house but not front. When they unscrewed the guard and took a picture of what lied underneath I was taken away. They cleaned and took out all the gunk. Will call them in the spring time. Very professional! Thank you Tim and crew. read more

Service was prompt and associates were helpful. Good communication via a phone call within 20 mins of expected arrival time as promised. Crew did a great job cleaning gutters and fascia boards, also cleaned up the cassette on the awning without being asked. They did miss the pool shed but the owner was quick to respond, owned the miss and his crew came back in a few days and took care of it. Well worth the money and the price wasreasonable. Recently reached out to Tim, owner of Busy Bee Window & Gutter Cleaning to have semi-annual gutter cleaning. One of his crews led by Brandon called a half hour before coming to the house and arrived on time. The friendly crew performed their work with 5 star professionalism. One of my criteria of a good company is how their representatives clean up after their work is completed. I have always found Busy Bee crews to be meticulous in performing their responsibilities. Today, was another example of their fine attention to cleaning up. Well done. HIGHLY recommended. The price is appropriate to work completed. read more

Took a shot in the dark and hired Busy Bee. So glad I did! Tim got back to me within 30 minutes and we scheduled something for the next week. They came today, and everything is SPOTLESS. Wow! I mean, we had a "dog-slobber" door, and it's so clean!! For a huge house, they got everything done in record time. We will definitely be hiring them again for our window-washing and gutter needs! Second time we've used them. Did not disappoint. Came next day. Work fast like an F1 pit crew. Friendly. Our house is on a hill and is VERY tall. Had companies reject us. They were not even phased by the height. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would give 6 stars if I could. read more

Tim was very responsive and came by the next day to give me a quote for cleaning our windows and gutters. We have a +2,400 sq ft house we've lived in for 10 years and never had the windows cleaned. With COVID and being home so much...you can't help but notice how dirty our windows were. Tim provided a quote which was per window and to clean the gutters that was a very fair price. We booked the appt and he and his team arrived a week later. Tim was very professional and personable. He takes pride in the service he provides. They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows which after watching them is very, very hard work while it was hot and humid. He was kind enough to point out issues with our windows that may be covered under the Harvey warranty. However, we discovered none had the warranty stickers on the widow so it wasn't covered. I will say wow...our windows looked amazing and so clean. He cleaned my gutters and pointed out that the bad gutter covers needed to be replaced. He offered to get them and install them which is so nice (he said in the next few weeks he would). Also, I wanted to mention that I had asked if our screens needed to be washed and he said they would need to be brushed and not washed which could have cost much more. Tim was so honest and takes pride in his business. I plan on getting Tim to my house every year. read more

Tim was very responsive and did a great job in coordinating with Steve to have my gutters cleaned ASAP. I was given a quote over the phone based on pictures Tim found of my house online that was accurate & Steve plus one other completed the job very quickly despite hornets surrounding one end of the gutter and the top portion of my roof being pretty high. Would definitely recommend read more
