Windows Cleaning Experts delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Jake and Christian did an exceptional job cleaning my windows, power‑washing my deck and house siding, and clearing out the gutters. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how Jake had me inspect the power‑washing results and how Christian took photos of the freshly cleaned gutters so I could see the work. Danny was also terrific--very timely with the quote, quick with scheduling, and extremely responsive. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and high‑quality. I highly recommend Windows Cleaning Experts. read more

Responsive, quick, clear about the quote and any changes to the quote in the process, did a great job.

A window with two sashes is two on their count, and the small paned ones cost more because each square gets done on its own. That was explained before I booked. read more

Bait and switch. They come and then upcharge. Claimed "we need special chemicals to scrape windows". They did one window in 5 minutes. It was 90% clean. But then they wanted to upcharge $140 for 6 windows, because they wanted to use "easy off", an oven cleaner. I cancelled. I offered a $40 tip to the two guys. Then he called me up, cussed me out and used fowl language and threatened to take me to court. I'm a general contractor. It's true that the six windows were dirty, but up charging $140 on a $250 quote is unreasonable $400 for six windows? A rip off. read more

Promptly returned my request for window cleaning, fair price, excellent quality of work. Definitely recommend!

Wow, Wow , Wow, is a good place to start with this review. After year of difficulties in finding a good and reliable window cleaner, my search is over. I took a chance with Window Cleaner Expert out of Winchester. Everything was handled online and it was easy to schedule. Danny requested a few pictures of the area to be cleaned and he scheduled me asap. Had an estimate in minutes. The work was done Sunday morning by two great individuals (Ricky and Renee) they were great at keeping me from flipping out as I find the process anxiety provoking. They arrived early and got to work, Ricky answered all of my questions and said he would take of everything. They both did!! Very respectful individuals. They tackled the solarium windows and all the dirt. The windows are spotless and I couldn't be happier. I am very picky and a pain in the...... I hope they stay in business forever. Thinking of having more windows done. Reasonably priced. This was a great experience !!! Don't hesitate call Danny today and schedule. Thank you Danny and crew! read more

Another well deserved 5 star review for WCE - they responded very promptly, were able to give me a quote based on photos that I sent, and were able to schedule the work for the next day. The team member in charge of my job was highly skilled, kind, respectful of my space, detailed oriented, and did an awesome job with my 9 windows. This job had an extra challenge as my place is a penthouse located on a 4th floor. Their pricing is competitive and I plan to use their services more often! read more

Amazing service from the ease of scheduling to the thorough and friendly team that arrived the very next day. Can't recommend enough!

Great experience. They gave me a quote and came out all in less than 24 hours to clean our gutters. Simple, easy. Would use them again.

On time, fast, friendly, careful, great cleaning and cleanup can't ask for more...... would use again

EDIT TO REVIEW: I didn't see a spot to respond to the owner's response to my original review, so I will edit it and respond here. I will not remove any additional stars although I'm tempted to do so. Within an hour of posting my original review, I got two emails from this business. One explained about the seal of my windows and I thought oh, alright, perfectly reasonable, I might change my rating! But then I quickly got the second email telling me the owner of the business would be coming to my home himself to check things. I called and he said he was in front of my building. I let him in, ready to apologize and tell him I understood the mistake about the window seals was mine, but he immediately started very aggressively laying into me. His voice was raised and he was going on about how dare I post a three-star review that cost him business and how I should have reached out to him first. I can't stress enough how aggressive he was. I told him I didn't appreciate his tone and that he had no right to speak to me like that. I said I understood about the window seals and that was on me, but that he had no right to raise his voice to me or try to intimidate me into taking down my review. He didn't stop until I--a single woman living alone--felt I had to tell him to leave for my own safety. I told him "Please leave" and was almost chanting it at one point because he seemed to completely disregard my request. He was saying how he'd left his family on a Sunday to come deal with me. I did not feel safe. He finally left my apartment and the last thing I heard as I closed the door on him was him threatening me with legal action. I should have listened to the one 1-star review I read. I only got the response on Yelp long after the owner had left my place. Saying how they'd be happy to send a technician AFTER the business-owner had come himself to yell and scream at me, no thank you. Be careful with this business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I contacted Windows Cleaning Expert for a window and gutter cleaning quote. The communication was quick, helpful, and good value for the service. The cleaners showed up on the day they were supposed to but it was a weekday so I wasn't at home to supervise. I'd specified that there were exactly 9 windows to clean, 7 regular-sized and 2 small ones one the side of the building. When I came home to examine the work, I noticed that the cleaners had missed both the small windows, and one of the regular-sized windows. And it's not like I mistook some smudging on the inside for external dirt, it's pretty obvious the windows have just not been cleaned. Kind of disappointed. The gutter cleaning was great and I got the photos as promised. But I wish they'd been more thorough with the window cleaning. read more

Danny and his crew were excellent to work with! They gave me a timely quote, were amazing about getting the job done quickly after I contacted them, did an AMAZING JOB getting the windows sparkling clean. Our windows were a LOT of work because they had to take out all of the storm windows first (which were stuck). They didn't complain once. They worked hard and I gave each of the workers a nice cash tip. I would definitely use them again and again! read more

I had an excellent experience with Danny and his team when we needed our gutters cleaned. Danny was very prompt in responding and coming out to our property to provide a quote. His team arrived at the time communicated and was all done in about an hour despite having to get on top of our triple decker to get to the gutters. The price was fair given the work and service. They provided photos after completing the cleaning to ensure the job is done. Would recommend. read more

These guys have been cleaning my gutters for the last few years before the winter. Last time was yesterday. They responded quickly and Danny came out himself and walked around the house, took notes and we chatted about exactly what I wanted done. Great job cleaning out our gutters. Very responsive and punctual. They did a great job and we'll be using them again.

Danny (business owner) was very responsive and provided me with a quote on the same day for windows cleaning, and the work was scheduled right away for the next day with good weather. His crew (Jay and Francesco) arrived promptly on time at 8 AM. They were very respectful (put booties on), professional, and worked methodically in tandem (one cleaning the outside and screen and window sills, the other one cleaning the inside). Once they were finished they gave an opportunity for a final walk through. All was immaculate and house felt like brand new! read more

I'd recommend them, and in fact have to neighbors and even my in-laws. Danny and the Window Cleaning Team have done a variety of jobs for us over the last 5+ years: - cleaning gutters multiple times - removing moss from our roof - cleaning our windows as we prepared to sell the house Getting an in- person quote has never longer than a few days. I recommend them to clean your roof gutters. After talking to five similar companies on Yelp I chose them because they were the most responsive and the quickest to provide their insurance and a competitive quote. Their visit was scheduled rather quickly and the work was of good value. Picked up the gunk after cleaning the gutters and blew around the yard to clear of the debris the cleaning has caused. Will go with them again in fall. read more
