Home Vision is amazing! I have tried for 6 years to get a non-leaking gutter that has been leaking onto my front walk - 3 tries with 3 different companies. Kiril and crew installed an extra wide one and one over a dormer that has been plagued with ice dams. We tested it with a hose - no leaks!! Home Vision was prompt, letting me know when they were coming (in less than a week after my initial call) and reliable - they actually showed up when they said. We called and contacted at least 3 different gutter companies -no one showed for estimate:(( But Home Vision was on point-from the phone to the estimate to the job completed! We were ready for changing the fascia board and the soffit board and as well the gutter! I knew something was wrong with the fascia because of so much water coming behind the gutter-however I thought they ll charge us an arm and a leg ,but it came out very reasonably price! The quote process was smooth, cost competitive, and they came on time (texting me from the road of arrival within 10 min -- much appreciated!) Work was done efficiently and without any drama. Removed debris (leaves) that were blocking our gutter downspout, tested the downspout with a few gallons of water and provided some tips for observing the rainwater runoff during the next big storm. Specifically, we should make sure that the existing nine-year-old 5" gutter width is adequately capturing the runoff from our steep roofline and not missing any 'overshoot' onto the patio below. If there is an overshoot, he recommended considering 6". Competent hands-on owner with the right tools, tech, and experience. read more

However, Home Vision is #1 in customer evaluations and now I know why their evaluation is #1. - The most competitive price - Smooth communications - Easy scheduling - Such a responsible installation - Plus, their installation (Labor) comes with 3 yrs warranty! Manufacturer (Gutter covers) warranty 20 yrs! I didn't get paid any to promote their business at all. Start by saying I've been a little hesitant to use a site like yelp to find tradespeople. We built our house in 1980, so I'm very familiar with its characteristics My experience with Home Vision, and it's owner Kiril, has now made me rethink that. With them, it wasn't just the solid 5 star reviews. It was more the way people described their experience. My job involved cleaning gutters, but required removing foam gutter guards that I had installed myself about 10 years ago that had turned very hard, accumulating a lot of moss, and weren't letting the water through them. Site note, don't do foam guards. I don't climb high ladders anymore, so I needed the right help to remove them. From my first contact with Kiril and his guys, the experience was just as great as everyone seemed to describe. Responded and scheduled quickly, showed up on time, cleaned up very well, showed me before/after pics. And all for what I felt was a very reasonable cost. We had Ogy come out and give a quote for gutter and fascia board replacement. I was impressed with his knowledge - he knew exactly what was needed and what could be reused just by looking. The quote was reasonable and thorough and there were no attempts to up-sell! Ogy and team completed the work on time and there were no mark-ups, despite the innumerable little hurdles that pop up when working on old houses. Very quick quote, easy to work with! They replaced soffit on our house which no one else was willing to do! Cleaned our windows (next time I'd recommend bringing towels or sheets to cover furniture, instead of putting windows directly on it to avoid dirt marks), re painted the window frames, and washed the house! Our only disappointment was that the power washing on the deck peeled the paint further and they did not get the ivy stains on the siding off as we had hoped. But I guess these things were unavoidable and we didn't know until we tried. Now we know! All in all, would hire again! read more

I needed new gutters installed on our home in Needham, and saw positive reviews for Home Vision on Google and Yelp. The reviews were all accurate. Home Vision was incredibly responsive (got back to me the same day) and very professional. They came a few days later and we walked around the house and discussed where we needed gutters and how big to get them (because we had been getting flooding into our basement). A few days later he (his name is Kiril) came out with his crew and they installed all the gutters. They also helped me with a side project involving the gutters going thru my garden which was above and beyond their scope. Today I hired Home Vision to clean the gutters and make some needed repairs to a very large four family home. They quoted the price for the cleaning over the phone by using Google Maps The price was a bit below pricing I have received on equivalent properties so I had them proceed. Two young men from Home Vision showed up on time, even a little bit early. They started the cleaning immediately and in the process did an inspection of what they felt needed to be done in way of the repairs. Nothing to excessive and in line for what I was expecting (came out to about $175.00 in repairs). I did not get any feeling they were trying to "sell" me, on any of the repairs they suggested. They took some photos to confirm some matter I could not see from the ground. As far as the cleaning, there were a number of difficult areas that I was questioning to myself as to if they would be able to reach them.....but they were pretty good with the use of the ladder and took care of everything. No mess dropped on ground and nothing left behind. Good experience and I will use them again. read more
