He came to my house on the 9th to take measurements and to visually check my roof. He sent me an estimate on the 12th. The price was very reasonable. Between the price and the excellent reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with his company, and I'm happy that I did. The crew came early in the morning on the 15th. They worked all day in order to complete the roof the same day. They cleaned my yard when they were done. He first impressed me by following inspection time and texting me to reschedule it due to snow. And he showed up punctually. After thoroughly examining the roof he provided convincing proof that it's better to do the whole roof instead of only fixing the small damage. His quote listed all details with even a few small favors for free. Compared with other contractors, i decided to pick Igor's team because they can immediately start the project. His team is very hard working and professional. Within one day I ended up having a brand new roof with gutter cover and a very creative leaf-proof wire net on roof top pocket. He also came back the second day with newly bought clips to finish my existing de-icer re-wiring. The gutter and ducts he installed were nice looking. I also took advantage of him being higher up on his ladder to help fill up some woodpecker holes. He happily did it without any complaints.
