When he got here, I asked if he could take a look at two different areas of our roof, and he was more than happy to do so. He was incredibly thorough and took plenty of photos so he could show me exactly what was going on with both areas. I really appreciated that Luis took the time to walk me through the different options, explain what he recommended, and, most importantly, why. I never felt pressured, just well informed and confident about what needed to be done. When the team came to complete the work, they were always on time, professional, and did an excellent job. They also cleaned everything up at the end of each day - everything - which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. The quality of the work and level of professionalism were excellent, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Three things make Dion and Certified Roofing stand out: communication, honesty and generosity…read more Communication: Dion was readily accessible via phone, text or email. He explained every step of the process, answered all my questions about everything from protecting from water damming to whether brand matters when it comes to underlayment (it doesn't). He kept me posted on progress and even sent pictures as the job was underway Honesty: Dion set a price (which was the lowest I was quoted) and stuck to it. We had some confusion over gutter guards - Dion ended up installing high quality guards and didn't raise the price, despite the fact that they were not in the official quote. Generosity: In addition to the gutter guards, Dion threw in our shed roof as a bonus and even installed zinc to protect from moss growing in the future. Highly recommend Certified roofing for a job well done

Passed by Brendan's truck as he was delivering an estimate to a neighbor. Asked him for his card…read moreand if he had time to walk up the block, look at my gutters and leave an estimate for cleaning them. The estimate was on my porch when I got home and was very reasonable; especially compared to the prices I've previously paid to companies who did horrible, sloppy work and didn't even clean out the gutters thoroughly to boot. He even stopped by one morning to follow up a few days later and we made an appointment for him to do the work. When I returned from work that day my driveway was immaculate......the entire length swept perfectly clean (it wasn't that clean when I left for work that morning!!) The perimeter of the house was spotless and of course all the gutters and downspouts were clear of a lot of debris. Honestly, in the 14 years I've owned my home no one, not a single contractor, has worked as quickly, competently and cleaned up as thoroughly as this man. I would say he left the place as clean as when he arrived, but he didn't....he left it in better shape. We never even discussed how we would arrange payment, he just left a bill on the porch which I happily paid immediately.
