I looked around and got a few quotes . Mike beat all of their prices and got the job done in less than a day. A+ service

Quote came in for half the amount of a couple of other companies for whole house gutter replacement. Guys did a great job installing to spec and cleaning up after themselves and hauling away old parts. read more

Mike from Gutter Pal was great to work with: very responsive, transparent about cost and quick with a fair and comprehensive estimate, and his team was professional and efficient. I probably waited longer than I should have to get gutters done, but was fortunate Gutter Pal could fit me in during the winter. I highly recommend them! read more

My gutter was leaking at a corner joint, right near a downspout. When I had the gutters cleaned last fall I asked the crew to take a look at that corner specifically. They finished up and were getting ready to leave, so I ran outside to ask them about the corner. They said it was fine, but I'm pretty sure they hadn't remembered to check. $310 later (outrageous for a gutter cleaning) my gutter was still leaking. This spring I had my gutters cleaned by another local company - literally all they did was climb the ladder in 3 spots, check the gutters, see that they weren't clogged, and then head to lunch. $185 for 10 minutes of "work." Enter Mike and Gutter Pal. After the most recent gutter cleaning failed to resolve the leak, I reached out to Mike. He came the following day to take a look and diagnosed it as a bad seal on the joint. He fixed it on the spot, and since he and I hadn't discussed the repair prior, he waived his usual minimum service charge. Unnamed gutter companies, take note - that's what customer service looks like! I haven't used Mike for gutter cleaning yet, but suffice it to say he's won all of my future gutter business. read more

I emailed Gutter Pal on 7/4/23 after a company that was supposed to clean my gutters no-showed (apparently they closed their local franchise without communicating that). I got a response within an hour to set up an appointment. I was told they would come within a week weather permitting. They came the next day. Very friendly staff. Will definitely use them again. read more

Reached out on Thursday afternoon for a price on repairing some of our gutters. Mike replied in less than 30 minutes and came out early the next morning to provide a price, which was the most competitive of all the estimates we received. Gave him the go-ahead, and he returned with his crew just before noon that same day to complete the repair. Mike explained everything clearly and all work was completed exactly as promised. Watching his crew work, it was obvious that these guys really knew their stuff, and they even took some extra time to fix (at no extra charge) a couple of other issues they discovered once they were up on the roof and doing the repair. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality, responsiveness, and honest pricing I received from Mike and his crew - I would not hesitate to use them again for any gutter or roofing project! read more

Mike and his partner were thorough in cleaning my gutters. Although I had the gutters cleaned this summer from another service company that I'll never do business with again, water was flowing off my roof during the Christmas rainstorm. I requested service on a Sunday, and he came out Monday afternoon! They didn't require using my hoses or water. They removed built up leaves and debris the previous company didn't take care of. I'll definitely go back to Mike and Gutter Pal in the future! read more

Showed up on time, nice crew. Get the job done at a reasonable price. Mike is also very quick in responding. The only learning I got was to move my plants away as some of the debris fall into the centra of my big leaves plants and they were a bit harder to remove. read more

A few days ago I contacted Gutter Pal on the basis of the good reviews. Mike returned my email the same day, and came to look at the gutter and give me an estimate (lower than I'd expected) the day after. He told me he'd come to replace the gutter in 2 or 3 days depending on the weather, and emailed me the day before he came to say when he'd arrive. Mike and his partner showed up on time, and two hours later, I have a new, perfectly installed gutter. Mike couldn't have been more polite, responsive or easier to work with. Needless to say, I've entered Gutter Pal's number into my phone, and they are now my forever gutter people! Thank you very much, Mike! read more

Mike and his team did a great job. I recently bought a house and realized it was in dire need of gutters and leaf screens. The process was very easy. The house was up and running with gutters in a matter of days. They performed extensive water flow testing on the trouble spots and things have worked very well. The thickness/gauge of the metal was noticeably superior. I would recommend. read more

Excellent communication, wonderful service, great invoices, and job well done. I trust this crew! ... Built a new house. I didn't have gutters. I called a couple agencies. When I talked to Mike from Gutter Pal / Ashland Roofing, I was convinced. He came over, looked at the measurements, gave me an estimate, educated me on my roof, and gave me a tentative date. Day comes around, the sun comes out. Mike is there - completed my gutters during the day. I came home from work, and it's done spectacularly. Could anything be more easy? He gave me the final estimate; the ease of communication and professionalism is unimaginable. Like pushing a button. If everyone in life was this "yes, here's what we can do"; I would be in heaven. I really, really loved working with this company. Thank you crew; you made my fall. Highly recommend. - Monica from Worcester read more
