Fresh Start The Moving Crew responded to an initial inquiry in less than 2 hours. We looked at several different movers going from West Hartford, CT to Rockville, MD. From Day 1, Fresh Start was professional, fast, pleasant and accurate. There was no comparison to several other movers from small companies to large franchisees. Mary made the scheduling, on-site visit and estimate fast and direct. Calls were always answered and there was no question too annoying for them. Once move out day came, James (owner) and his crew were personable, helpful and understanding. My 89 year old mother was overwhelmed at the enormity of what she was facing, but Fresh Start provided plenty of support and confidence. Move in day went by in an instant - as a complicated (to my eyes) drop off in two places went smoothly. Heather (operations) arranged for a local crew to help James - who needs to be in the movers Hall-of-Fame. No problem too large for this company. Everything in stride. The final bill came in on budget estimate. A damaged lamp was replaced without hassle. My mom is now moved into her new place and is getting on with life. Fresh Start - The Moving Crew makes getting moved and getting on with life their job. Wouldn't it be nice if all movers did that? Do yourself a favor when you contemplate a move - hire these guys!! PS - I am a complete random customer. No relationship with the company, until next time I move.

Dawson and Travis worked together tediously getting the storms in and out. They have done these types of storms before, but these being an older style they have not had experience with. The important trait here is they didn't give up. . My sills were extremely dirty. In some areas the pollen and dirt were caked on. They were very particular in making sure they cleaned it all out. My screens were taken off and hosed down. They were finished all windows and doors in less than 3 hours. I paid them and they each shook my hand saying it was a pleasure to meet me.
