I am a contractor who usually takes care of my own window cleaning. I considered Wagner since I was too busy this year to do it. I was pleasantly surprised how well the work was completed. I think I was impressed how professional this company is, and how seriously they manage their business. It was a lot of work that was completed in a timely fashion but no corners were cut. They showed up early and left late in the day. They even cleaned parts of my gutters that were clogged, pointed out some roof slate issues and were neat, considerate, and professional. They were properly insured and provided certificates of workers comp and liability prior to work starting. After meeting the crew and showing them the house I felt completely comfortable letting them have full reign inside the house while I went to work. 54 Windows were cleaned impeccably. I am a very particular type, who is very suspect of anyone who works on my house. The service that was completed at our condo was outstanding and priced very competitively. Tim and his crew did an amazing job and very thorough. Windows came out great as did the screens (and also our skylight). And, they also power washed our small set of cement stairs and cobblestone walkway. They were very professional and methodical. For the screens they used a special machine to clean them - they also looked almost new when they were done. Setting up the appointment was easy and their website was very efficient to use. Called Tim for a price quote after receiving a very high price from another company. I received the quote from Tim almost immediately and it was markedly lower than the other company. He and his helper arrived on time. The finished job resulted in a sparkling clean house!
