Jackson is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He was able to quote and complete two bathroom remodels in a very tight timeline (between tenants), came exactly when promised, completed the work with quality and on-time, and at the agreed-upon price -- and left everything extremely clean. I had positive interactions with multiple members of the crew, who really seemed to know what they were doing. I recommend!

It isn't just that the work is done in a timely fashion, at an insanely high quality standard, and by truly exceptional tradesmen. It's also that they bend over backwards for us, return our calls in a very timely fashion, and when the service to be provided is a minor tweak, will sometimes just take care of it as a token of appreciation because of our repeat business! This is business as it always SHOULD BE done, with top quality professionals whose words and deeds let you know in unmistakable terms that you matter to them, and with fair pricing that reminds you of why you called them in the first place. I would normally say something like "We can't say enough about them" but, in this case, here's what I CAN say: that we have already referred more than a dozen of our family members, closest friends, clients and business associates to them, and that we will continue to refer folks their way, in the weeks, months and years to come. Don't walk, RUN to hire them!!! The Handy Fam, LLC Tel.: (774) 420-8005 Email: thehandyfam1@gmail.com

Dennis S., the owner of D&D, agreed to take on the job and he worked directly with my town's building inspector to come to agreement on the remediation and bring my basement up to code. When it made sense, Dennis brought in other contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and I hired and paid them directly. At other times, Dennis' crew and subcontractors worked on aspects of the job. At all times, Dennis was personally involved. He kept me informed, coordinated the variety of personnel, and was the face of the project to the various town inspectors. Dennis was also very communicative on what he thought should be done in the remediation and flexible in taking my input. He also personally extended himself to be onsite and meet with the building inspector when I couldn't. I am very pwith the work that was done and my experience with Dennis, D&D, and the various contractors that worked on my basement. I felt that Dennis had my best interests at heart and I would happily use him and D&D for other projects. I'm also happy to speak with prospective customers and share my very positive experience with Dennis and D&D. Thank you, Dennis!

I expressed my concern.. he came the next day re-did that part of the ceiling... even the second time it didn't come out right... HE CAME THIRD time to fix it and this time he identified the root cause and fixed it... later in the night I was surprised to receive his phone call - he wanted to check whether the ceiling was okay... this was amazing, he cared about it more than or equal to I did.. NO EXTRA CHARGE for these two added visits... So all in all, very professional team to hire.. I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation... Again, thank you so much Benjamin and team..
