These folks keep records for years which is truly wonderful and sped the process both in terms of materials but also square footage. A measurer was quickly dispatched and even though I was told it would take several weeks for them to receive the carpet, they exceeded my expectations in terms of time. The crew they dispatched to remove the damaged carpet and install the new one worked quickly, efficiently and had my new carpet installed in an hour. They cleaned as they went and left the bedroom squeeky clean. The cost for the Mohawk brand carpet 174 sq ft including installation was $1600 - exceptionally reasonable for this beautiful, tough carpet designed for family living. Buyer Beware! In December 2025, we contracted with Granite…read moreGuy Inc. to install new countertops in our kitchen. When they arrived for the install, we asked them to pull their box truck up to our front lawn, where there was plenty of room and access to the kitchen. Despite being explicitly asked to pull their truck to our front door and not the backyard, they attempted to drive up to our back door, took our short steel linked fence out of the ground, damaging a raised garden bed, (as well as leaving ruts in our yard) in the process. They also drove- then idled- their box truck, full of marble countertops, directly over our septic tank. We documented everything with photos, Ring videos, and written communications to discuss with Granite Guys management. After the installers left, we also discovered that one of the two sink installations in the kitchen was prominently off-center (photo attached). After we reached out to Granite Guys, the owner of the company came out to look at the damage. He acknowledged that his staff made a serious mistake with the install, then looked me in the eye and shook my hand as he promised that they would return to perform our spring cleanup as compensation and to resolve the issue. I accepted and emailed the administrator that he had agreed to perform a spring cleanup and I would reach out again then. The administrator responded and confirmed they took responsibility for the issues in the yard. On March 28th I emailed them again and asked them to come for the spring cleanup. For the next five weeks, I received very little communication from them. After unanswered emails, they responded on the morning of May 4th that they would be coming later that same day. Two guys showed up in a pickup truck, got out, took pictures of the lawn area my husband had already repaired, rang the Ring doorbell at the garage door exactly once, and then left. I emailed Granite Guys once again asking why they had left without taking care of the yard, and have not heard back. I have been attempting, unsuccessfully, to resolve this privately and patiently with Granite Guys. Though my husband was able to repair our yard, the flaw in our $7,000 countertops is permanent. Granite Guys Inc. cannot be trusted and should be avoided at all costs.

Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. He helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.

Rob and his team were very flexible and thorough. Rob had my husband and I come to his showroom where we were offered a surprisingly large selection of flooring and tiling options, and worked with us to help us create a custom look that we wanted for our home. **side note: we finished construction on our addition/modification to existing home in early 2019, so we have had ample time to "break in" the floor and tile from every day use. I must say that the work done was very high quality, as we have not one negative thing to say about it! Everything is in wonderful shape, and we are still just as happy as we were when it was first installed!** TILE WORK: amazing. Rob and his tile installers were great--I told Rob that I wanted two niches in the shower, and he made it happen--no questions asked. There was an issue we had (on our end) with the studs in that shower wall, and he worked with the GC to create a solution where we were able to have our niches without having to compromise. The two tilers were friendly, fast and very efficient. You can tell they've been doing it for years. They did a wonderful job on our floor and shower, and we couldn't be happier. My in-laws had the same process as we had with Rob, and are very happy with their choices and work as well! LVF: This was one of the last projects we had RKM do, my husband wanted a flooring for his basement "man cave" so Rob guided us to luxury vinyl flooring. He knew what look we had in mind and matched us with a LVF which was not only cost friendly, but was exactly what we wanted for the space. His LVF installation guys were in and out in one morning--I couldn't believe how fast it was! It's been a year since the installation, and the floor is still perfect. WOOD FLOORING: My in-laws had to pick out flooring for their 2 story addition, and Rob was very helpful throughout. My MIL had a specific wider-planked style in mind (which had to be special ordered), and Rob did a great job searching and working with her to find the perfect finish. The floors are so beautiful in person! He even helped her find wooden flooring vents which perfectly matched the hardwoods! KITCHEN BACKSPLASH: My MIL wanted these oversized aqua tiles and ended up purchasing them on her own; and RKM's tilers installed. They did a wonderful job! We had standard white subway tile with dark gray grout installed in our kitchen. They did a wonderful job with that too!! REFINISHING HARDWOODS: we had RKM come in to refinish our dated orange-ish oak floors to a more neutral brown tone in our family room. We scheduled it to be done while we were away for vacation, but they were done in (I believe) 3 days from start to finish. The flooring looks great, and we removed the baseboards beforehand to make it easier for them. We have tilework on the floor around the fireplace, and working with stain I was a little nervous about how clean the edges around it would be--but it was perfect! No bleeding, no splashes, no inconsistency in the color--I will definitely be calling again when we decide to refinish the rest of the downstairs! All in all, I would happily give RKM's team of Rob and his installers the highest possible rating. They are all high quality, experienced workers, who know exactly what they are doing, and are super efficient. I cannot day enough good things about them. Thank you so much RKM for helping to make our house a beautiful home that we are so happy with!

Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and they were great at dealing with changes that were needed during the project. First, our designer lost the design plans and tried to cover it up. This caused us to have to try to re-remember items that we had discussed prior. For example, we asked for no spice rack, then we get a spice rack, so we then had to improvise once the project was underway. Completely incompetant...no apologies, and our designer clearly didn't listen the first time, take notes, and honestly just didn't care at all about us. We should have known then, next time we will just walk away..... Next, our contracter was a complete joke. Never inspected the site for follow up / punch list items. Eletrical and Floor contracters were sub par, we still have a light switch that doesn't work properly. They destroyed our dining room floors relocating our refridgerator, with no full repair, just a touch up that looks like crap. They also damaged our mudroom floor and apparently have no idea how to fix what they broke, so I now have a gap in my floor that has never been addressed. Lastly, they never finished the final revisions to the trim. I told this clown several times what we needed to tidy up on, and several times never receieved follow up. In other cases, he did not properly relay instructrions to the sub contractors, so twice we had cabinet / trim people show up without the necessary materials to tidy up. The cabinent / trim guys were the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience. I truly felt bad for Bud and Shawn as their time was wasted by our General Contractor. As it stands now, almost 6 months since we were suppossed to be "complete" and zero follow up. I am embarrased to have people show up with incomplete instructions, and our general contractor has not visited the kitchen to address anyting since NOVEMBER of last year. Do not go with this place, over budget, zero follow up, horrible design team, bad sub contractors. Complete waste of time, and we never got the satisfaction of a final, complete, project....
