Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. Tiago did a fantastic job for me. I had a hard deadline to get my bathroom complete renovation project done and had a different contractor who initially told me they could meet my timeline only to tell me later they couldn't guarantee it and likely would not meet it after I had wasted a few months with them. I called Spring Home Improvements and spoke to Tiago and he promised me he would make it happen and he did! Not only did he get the job done in time but it was also excellent work. Very responsive but when I went to schedule them for a walk through with the owner, he refused to come because I wanted to schedule them after another company. I felt as though I had to commit to him and only him on the phone before I met him or saw his pricing. Just didn't work for me. Edit: After the company responded, I wanted to clarify that they would not do a consultation when I mentioned (1) other quote. The owner told me specifically if "I didn't like them to call him back and he'd come out." Although the owner says their is an internal policy at (3) quotes, my experience was they had to be the only quote and that would have been a waste of time for me and my insurance provider. read more

We were first time home buyers doing our first big renovation and he name the process very easy! We gutted our entire kitchen (floors, walls, ceiling) and demoed a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Any big project always has a few hiccups, but Tiago made sure everything was taken care of quickly and with a high quality.
