So I dealt mainly with the owner Andre who had recently taken the business over from his father. I could tell by his knowledge and how he answered my questions that he's been at it a long time and that made me feel incredibly comfortable. One thing that I want to point out was how incredibly difficult I made this deal on Andre due to the time restrictions I had put on him. I basically had no wiggle room whatsoever in a time when COVID has made shipping completely unpredictable. But unfortunately for him this was the last piece of the puzzle in a long drawn out project that I started and my family just needed it done in order to move on with our lives. The pressure I put on this man was easily enough for most to give up. But instead Andre absolutely bent over backwards to help us out. Even in saying that I think it's an understatement. On the day of install he actually shows up with carpet and helped the installers for hours just to get the project done. I honestly couldn't appreciate his service anymore. His father should be incredibly proud he has left his business in great hands. The carpet, pad and install are all top notch. The installer was also very professional and an all around likable human being, I couldn't be happier..

Sean was extremely helpful to us in finding great matches for floor, shower, accent tiles. After visiting big box stores and a different chain tile shop and getting NO help, this experience was terrific. Sean was INCREDIBLY helpful! He had great suggestions and tips. He is extremely knowledgeable on tile. We came in with a vague idea of what we wanted and he helped us quickly find excellent options. He was not pushy at all. Our experience far exceeded our expectations-we walked out with all of our tile selected and ordered along with the necessary supplies. In hindsight, I wish we had found them at the outset and not wasted time at other stores.

The sign in the showroom reads: "In stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt, in full cartons, excluding outlet or sales items". After just a couple of days, I tried to return my order, unopened, in full cartons, with a sales receipt, and purchase tile in a different color. I fully understood that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The salesperson told me when I purchased the tile that it was "in stock" and coming from their NY warehouse. When I tried to return it though, the store manager told to me it was a "Special Order" and the sale was final. How is something coming from your own warehouse a special order? Sound like B.S. to me! Buy your tile someplace else. The big box stores let you return single tiles, in opened cartons and with or without a sales receipt and there is no restocking fee, period!
