Paul was easy to work with (professional, efficient, responsive, friendly and accommodating) and scheduled things around the Plumber and when the tub was to come in to get the job completed. When things came up along the way Paul never seemed to get frustrated, and found solutions to the issues. I work from home and was always checking in on the progress of the remodel, but Paul indulged me every time. Thank you Paul, I love my new bathroom! Paul was referred to me by my plumber and I can't be happier with the decision to use him. Not only is he a true craftsman, he is prompt and does very clean work. I can't say enough great things about Paul and the work he does! I had a lot of work that needed to be finished at my house including building a deck, refacing my fireplace with stone, and completely renovating my attic. When I called Paul, I got a hold of him right away, which was so nice to not have to leave a message and wonder if the contractor would call back... He came out a couple of days later, did a thorough walk through of all of the work, and returned an estimate within just a day or two... Not only was his quote super reasonable, but he was extremely patient walking me through everything and made sure we were aligned on expectations. As for the quality of his work, you can see it in the pictures - they speak for themselves... If you want a handyman that shows up to your place with a smile everyday, always shows up when he says he will, is knowledgable, and you trust enough to leave in your home with your pets while he works and you run out doing errands (yes, really!) then Paul is your guy... On Thanksgiving night we had a kitchen flood (fun times) that resulted in a badly damaged kitchen floor. After getting the runaround from the insurance company's recommended contractor, I called Paul who was able to come out to the house that same day and get a quote to us a couple days later. We were set to host Christmas Day and he got the tile installed in time, even working overtime to get it done. He installed the flooring in our kitchen and hallway (about 700 sq feet!) within a week, including demo of the old floor. We are having a bunch of other work done around the house as well and Paul has been awesome - he recommends specialists where needed, doesn't push for any unnecessary work, etc. I am completely obsessed with my new kitchen floor. We now have a whole list of stuff for Paul to do and I'm excited about all of it! Would gladly recommend him to anyone! read more

Paul did a very long list of items for us (built a railing for front steps, fixed front steps, fixed U-trap on sink, installed new bedroom door, installed timer for front porch light, built and installed new shelves, and a bunch more). He did a good job, and he is really wonderful to work with. Always positive! He lost one star, because he didn't mention upfront that we would need to paint the railing and the door. He also didn't put a new switch over on the timer. This will not prevent me from using Paul again for my continuing list of fix-it jobs. He really is amazing. read more
