The carpet and sofas were done in the house. The area rug which is off white was sent out. The in home items were beautifully cleaned. The area rug had areas that were still dirty when returned. I spoke to Bill the manager who had the rug picked up again and he worked on those areas. It came back today and looks excellent. I am extremely impressed with the customer service in this company. Bill and his workers have all been polite, extremely helpful and aim to please. The people who answer the phones are lovely, helpful and the time frames they provide are exact. One of the best companies I have had experience with.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete.
