Have called, left messages, sent emails, keep getting the same answer "someone will call within 24 to 48 hours". Never got a call back. Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.

If I could give this contractor a negative number, I would. This contractor is a joke, liar,…read moredisrespectful and not honorable at all. The owner is good at making promises he can't keep, but continues to tell you that "he'll take care of it". I needed major renovation on a kitchen and bath and was told he'd use pressure treated sills and metal plating to protect from termites. I got a piece of foam barrier and regular pine on the sill. He charged me $900 to install two 30"x32" windows and lied about the price of the windows themselves. His workers were barely at my house working and I was told by neighbors that they would just sit in their van smoking and using the back of my shed as a bathroom. I called Tommy, the owner constantly inquiring about when the work would be done, and I continued to get one song and dance after another. They were two weeks over the contract and still wasn't even close to being finished. They took absolutely no pride in their workmanship and even chipped my brand new shower (which they denied). On several occasions when I questioned the work and the ethics of the owner, he firmly reminded me that his wife was a lawyer making me feel very threatened. After many arguments, I fired him and later found out from several other contractors and clients that I wasn't the first one to do this. If you value your money and property, I strongly suggest you not hire this company. Even my local building inspector said he'd go with me to court if I chose to file a suit. That's pretty bad in my opinion.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things.
