The lady that rung me up told me if I have any problems to let them know. As soon as I drove off I pulled over down the street and took a look at the window and noticed that on one side it looked great but on the other red clips were showing. I've never seen this before on any windows. In addition, my cowel was cracked- it was never cracked before. The top of the window had small gaps and it looked messy. He also left greasy fingerprints everywhere. And I just noticed he scratched the interior of my car. I'm so upset. This is so messed up. Anybody that looked at the window would think I replaced it because it doesn't look professional at all. I turned around after noticing all of these issues and brought it to their attention. I was advised, oh those are just clips, no big deal, don't worry about it. I brought my car to an auto glass repair shop in Fall River to get a second opinion. He looked at it and said it was put together poorly. He actually started snapping it back together in some places. I asked him if he could fix it and he offered to do the entire job over for $300. He told me to call my automaker For a new cowel and we would replace it, I did and that costs $200-300! I'm very disappointed and I will never go here again. I do not recommend anyone going to this place to get their windshields replaced or fixed. I'm now spending triple the money to get this repaired professionally.

Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames.
