I've never seen this before on any windows. In addition, my cowel was cracked- it was never cracked before. The top of the window had small gaps and it looked messy. He also left greasy fingerprints everywhere. And I just noticed he scratched the interior of my car. I'm so upset. This is so messed up. Anybody that looked at the window would think I replaced it because it doesn't look professional at all. I turned around after noticing all of these issues and brought it to their attention. I was advised, oh those are just clips, no big deal, don't worry about it. I brought my car to an auto glass repair shop in Fall River to get a second opinion. He looked at it and said it was put together poorly. He actually started snapping it back together in some places. I asked him if he could fix it and he offered to do the entire job over for $300. He told me to call my automaker For a new cowel and we would replace it, I did and that costs $200-300! I'm very disappointed and I will never go here again. I do not recommend anyone going to this place to get their windshields replaced or fixed. I'm now spending triple the money to get this repaired professionally.
