If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

Our salesperson, Filomena, was fantastic with listening to our specific requirements as well as explaining every detailed step of the process to us. She was there at the beginning, mid-way, and completion of the install to be sure we were totally satisfied. Beyond that, she quickly returned our calls and/or texts when we had concerns during the process. Our installers, Kyle and Seth, were so diligent and careful during the removal of the existing patio and sliding doors as well as with the installation of the new Pella products. Our existing trim was removed carefully, our surrounding wallpaper was undamaged, and when we requested some special trim work at the bottom of the doors, Kyle's skill and workmanship became very obvious. Regarding the painting that was necessary around the new doors, Seth was meticulously neat and particular both on the exterior as well as the interior. These three individuals clearly have expertise in their domains and deserve acknowledgement and are a credit to Pella.

Pella is called and they send a tech they does a couple of adjustments and tells us , he doesn't have everything he needs, weeks go by we do not hear from Pella. Call them and they send someone else out. The guy spends an hour adjusting the door, says poor install. The door is now easier to close and I currently do not see light!! Fingers crossed that after 9 plus months from order to adjustments. Fingers crossed We won't have any more issues. This company does not communicate well. I do like my door, just unhappy with install & customer service.

Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. He helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.
