Karen ( KBR ) did a large patio project for us, with stamped concrete and a long retaining wall…read more They also took care of several electrical issues that we had. Overall they did a great job. The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. Not only was Joe's priced reasonably he was the quickest to respond and gave me options and even found out who had the window I chose. I believe it took longer to locate the window than it did for Joe to have it installed. So all said and done he removed my old 15000 btu thru the wall AC , put in my new window , trimmed it all out, offered to repair a pice of broken siding and took the old AC and disposed of for a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me.
