What an incredible resource! Jaeder and his team at Betterment Construction are professional, diligent and extremely careful as they consistently work through a project. And the knowledge and skills of all the people who came to my home were exemplary. We had two complete bathrooms done by Jaeder and Betterment. They discovered and fixed unknown defects - two walls out of alignment and water damage under a shower. The finish quality of both bathrooms is such that the Kohler store photographed them for promotional use! Jaeder is knowledgeable, creative and exceptionally skilled. His communications by text always kept us up to speed as to who would be coming and when. His prices are more than fair given the quality of the work. We used Jaeder and his team to do some work in our kitchen. They removed the tile backsplash and old countertops. They then installed new wallboard, prepped and painted it, and installed new countertops. We had a great experience working with them. We had a number of little surprises due to the previous homeowner having made the cabinets himself, and his dimensions didn't work with the off-the-shelf counters I chose. Jaeder and his team were extremely flexible and went above and beyond to do everything necessary to get the counters installed and completed beautifully. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They explained everything they were doing and had me check, at the end of the day, to make sure I was happy with what they had done. If I had any questions or issues they were immediately addressed. They were also very extremely accommodating, even agreeing to install a range hood vent on the last day of the job. They were very dependable and meticulous in their work. The crew was great, very polite and respectful of the property. They took extra time every day to clean everything up before leaving. Jaeder and Renato were amazing - we couldn't have asked for a better process and results. We needed to get our bathroom renovated, which involved a complete shower renovation (including sub-floor repairs) as well as installing new bathroom floor tiles, new sinks, etc. The entire process was seamless - they were efficient and communicative throughout, and they installed a shower nook at our request too. Also, with our bathroom on the third floor of our house, they were going up and down the stairs numerous times! Jaeder even came over early before the project started in order to help explain to us what we needed to buy for some of the materials we were supposed to buy ahead of time. I hired Betterment Construction to do a complete renovation of my bathroom. They demo'd the whole bathroom and replaced tile, vanity, toilet and converted a tub to a walk-in shower. Jaeder and his crew are very knowledgeable when did beautiful, precise work. They ran into several unknowns once the demo was complete, which they were able to address smoothly. This demonstrated their level of skill and experience to me. I worked with my own plumber and electrician, but otherwise Betterment did everything else. Betterment did such a good job on my first bathroom that I hired them to do two other bathrooms and the tile work around my fireplace. The crew was very hard-working and extremely respectful to my home; they cleaned up the worksite every day for 30 minutes and often worked a lot of hours.
