They prepared the house with a wrap to protect it from falling debris from roof removal and while the replacement was being done. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered for the removal of the old product. They worked quickly and efficiently in finishing the job, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I also had some plaster repaired on my bathroom wall that was falling apart due to a slow leak in the old roof that they had discovered. From our very first meeting, I could tell I had found the right person for the job. This was a major project. It included all new siding and gutters, replacement windows throughout the house (including some incredibly challenging basement windows), replacing two damaged sliding doors with one larger slider while reframing the wall to improve my sun porch, removing an old access ramp and replacing it with new stairs and masonry, replacing both the front and back doors, adding a storm door in the back, removing satellite dishes from the roof, and installing a beautiful new garage door through Hemi Garage Doors (who also deserves five+ stars--he's wonderful!). It was a huge undertaking with several unexpected challenges along the way, but Jeremy and his team handled every one of them with professionalism, transparency, and the most incredible attention to detail I've ever experienced. Jeremy spent a lot of time during the estimate walking through every aspect of the project. He explained the products he uses, the installation process, the pros and cons of different options, and the reasoning behind every recommendation. He was nice, honest, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt informed and confident that we were making the right decisions before any work even began. One thing I especially appreciated was that Jeremy offered options for different budgets without compromising on quality. His recommendations were always based on what he believed was the best long-term solution for my home--not what was easiest or most profitable. There were several moments during this project when Jeremy could have taken the easier route. He never did. That says everything about the kind of person he is and the kind of company he runs. Whenever something unexpected came up, Jeremy brought it to my attention immediately. He explained exactly what they found (with pictures!), why it mattered, what my options were, and worked with me to determine the best path forward. There were never any surprises, and I never once felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Every recommendation was made with my home--and me--in mind. The communication throughout the entire project was exceptional. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. If Jeremy knew something, I knew something. Home projects can be so stressful, but I can honestly say I felt completely comfortable from beginning to end because I always understood what was happening, why decisions were being made, and what to expect next. That level of communication built an incredible amount of trust from day one. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Every detail was completed with care and precision, and it was obvious that everyone on the crew took genuine pride in what they were doing. They treated my home (and me) with respect, kept everything remarkably clean every day, and were consistently kind, courteous, and professional. I genuinely loved having them here.
