I can accept the fact that all of this work took over nine months to complete with the onset of last winter but the gutter (easiest task?) was not installed correctly, It is nearly level resulting in rain water overflowing the gutter, down the side of my house, right into my basement. Mid-July I reached out to the owner (Soverns) and sent pictures/video of water overflowing the gutter but nothing has been done. They later installed new sheet rock and molding over old and outdated glue on tiles in the same kitchen (after a burst pipe resulted in having to cut a hole into ceiling.) Both times that I have worked with them they were super professional and up front about the cost. They do fantastic work and left zero mess. Both the cabinets and ceiling look several years later. If you're in need of a company to do installations and repairs, then you will want to call Senterline. The work done is simply spectacular, done with care and efficiency. My family and I re-did our kitchen, top to bottom. Within a few weeks, we had a beautiful and just outstanding new kitchen. It came out better than we could have ever dreamed of. The workers that came were quiet, neat, and kept the entire work area clean. Unless you went down into the kitchen, you wouldn't know they were there!! The entire team at Senterline is extremely kind and efficient. From the office staff to the project estimator to the foremen, the team at Senterline is wonderful. They make sure you're taken care of. Scheduling is very easy, and the foremen arrive exactly when they say they will be there, and earlier in the window they give. Marc and Justin, in particular, are outstanding and very hard workers. The only [slight] downside is that Senterline has several associate companies to do some of the related work, such as tiling, so you will have to deal with another company and their workers. It can be hard to schedule these associates, but the office staff at Senterline makes it easier to do so. It is extremely difficult to find true craftsmen and professionals, but you will find them in Senterline. My family and I are extremely pleased Senterline did the work on our home. They really care about there work and that you love what you design. We'll never look for another construction team again.
