Every part of the job that was started got delayed because they ordered incorrect or insufficient materials. There was no communication through out the project. If we didn't chase them down for information they wouldn't provide it. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly amateurs at what they do. Trash and building materials were left inside my home for months. My house was left exposed to the elements for several months (because they started a job not realizing they didn't have the right materials). My basement was flooded due to their negligence causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Everywhere I turn I find more poor craftsmanship. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

The wall was done quickly and the quality is good per our building inspector, though he did say there were a few things he would've done differently. It is warrantied for 5 years. Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

They requested a 1/3 deposit that could not be paid electronically. This should have been my first clue. Then it took a month for the window to arrive. They then scheduled and showed up with a regular window. And they of course ripped out the existing window before checking. So I had to have the wrong window installed and then wait six weeks for the correct panes to arrive. Then spend two weeks going back and forth to schedule a new installation date. Then they flew in and out on the date and I finally had my window. And it took only 10 minutes following the job being finished before someone showed up from the company and demanded payment. Not throughout the whole process was anything given emphasis until it was time for them to be paid. Avoid at all costs.

If you're in need of a company to do installations and repairs, then you will want to call Senterline. The work done is simply spectacular, done with care and efficiency. My family and I re-did our kitchen, top to bottom. Within a few weeks, we had a beautiful and just outstanding new kitchen. It came out better than we could have ever dreamed of. The workers that came were quiet, neat, and kept the entire work area clean. Unless you went down into the kitchen, you wouldn't know they were there!! The entire team at Senterline is extremely kind and efficient. From the office staff to the project estimator to the foremen, the team at Senterline is wonderful. They make sure you're taken care of. Scheduling is very easy, and the foremen arrive exactly when they say they will be there, and earlier in the window they give. Marc and Justin, in particular, are outstanding and very hard workers. The only [slight] downside is that Senterline has several associate companies to do some of the related work, such as tiling, so you will have to deal with another company and their workers. It can be hard to schedule these associates, but the office staff at Senterline makes it easier to do so. It is extremely difficult to find true craftsmen and professionals, but you will find them in Senterline. My family and I are extremely pleased Senterline did the work on our home. They really care about there work and that you love what you design. We'll never look for another construction team again.
