They protected items that were not to be painted from stray paint and splatters and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I looked for quotes from a few painters, Vitor's was comparable to the others, but he was the only one who offered me a military discount. We had to leave before the task was completed; his contact with us was excellent, and he made us feel quite comfortable leaving before the job was completed. Even our realtor commented on the great job they did. I would hire Olive Tree Painting without hesitation and share his information with my family and friends.

I didn't care because he'd been great previously and I thought he'd be worth waiting for. When he came to take measurements and all of that, he gave a long speech about how he had to be here when his sheet rock crew were scheduled to come and explained why, but he never showed up on that day. When he did come, he complained how he was losing money on the job, but he'd come up with the quote, which we'd borrowed money to honor. I have pictures of the horrific job he did. How do you send in a sheet rock guy who does a great job ahead of you, and ruin fresh sheetrock? He managed to do just that. There are lumps, bumps, sections that look like popcorn, and worse. I respectfully contacted him to come fix the work. That was 6 months ago. Never heard back. Don't pay him until you've inspected the work, no matter what kind of song and dance you get because you'll never see him. $4100 down the drain. We've had to fix everything little by little and some areas can't be fixed unless we were to tear down the sheetrock and start all over again. NOT a happy customer.

What truly set them apart was their professionalism during a chaotic full-home renovation: they seamlessly coordinated with multiple construction crews, stayed on schedule, and never once complained about the dust or delays. After we moved in, they returned promptly for complimentary touch-ups, leaving no detail overlooked. The quality is gallery-level, yet their pricing is exceptionally fair--I got four other quotes from well-known commercial outfits, and Willard and Ward came in a full 25% lower while delivering the best work by far. Honestly, I expected to pay far more for this caliber of craftsmanship. If you want painters who treat your home like their own, look no further than Willard and Ward. Highly recommend!
