After about 6 weeks we finally got them to come in but it was another 3 weeks before they could start. They did an ok job with the floors, they really didn't look much different. Unfortunately, my son stepped in a few spots and when I asked for him to redo those spots he charged us $300 for just a few areas. We thought it was high but we did it anyway. Disappointed to find the footprints are still there and they left a mess everywhere (guaranteed a clean-up). Now they won't return our phone call. Not happy at all with the customer service or price.
