He cleaned one total room and cleaned the mud out of everywhere I had walked. After he was done, he told me it had not been mud, it was motor oil I had tracked in! They gave us the run around all fall and winter until our insurance company finally hired a collection agency. Everything from owner not in and will get back to you to the check was lost in the mail. We are suppose to get the final check they owe us tomorrow on 1/15/2021 well over a year after the tree falling event. VERY disreputable company. Do not use.

Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch . Josh ,the carpentar, was very professional, clean , talented and the hardest working guy I have seen in years. His work was meticulous and spot on for what we wanted. The last day A.R. sent out extra people , Jose and Julie, to make sure the job was satisfactory to our wishes. Good Companies are built on great employees.
